“一带一路”背景下广西开放合作探析

【摘要】：当前,广西面临着"一带一路"建设赋予广西新的开放发展历史使命、世界经济一体化和区域一体化使广西的经济坐标发生重大变化、地缘政治经济化与地缘经济趋势增强、广西在构建和谐周边环境中承担重任等开放合作新形势。在"一带一路"背景下,广西的开放合作要从更开阔的视野来探索策略:完善开放合作法律政策保障体系、建设面向东盟的大通道、建设面向东盟经贸合作的前沿和重要平台、建设面向东盟的人文交流新高地、建设"睦邻、安邻、富邻"和"共建命运共同体"的典范。
[Abstract]:At present, Guangxi is faced with the new historical mission of opening up and development entrusted to Guangxi by the construction of "Belt and Road". The economic coordinate of Guangxi has been greatly changed by the integration of world economy and regional integration, and the geo-political economy and the trend of geo-economy have been strengthened. Guangxi takes on important responsibilities in constructing harmonious surrounding environment and other new situations of opening and cooperation. Against the background of "Belt and Road," Guangxi's open cooperation should explore strategies from a broader perspective: perfecting the legal and policy guarantee system for open cooperation, building a large channel for ASEAN, and building a frontier and important platform for ASEAN economic and trade cooperation. To build a new highland of humanistic exchange for ASEAN, and to build a model of "good-neighbourliness, peace, prosperity" and "building a common destiny community".
