武夷新区产业招商引资策略研究

【摘要】：武夷新区是闽北地区建制以来,第一次大规模、高规格、全方位实施的新兴城市建设工程,目前正处于大开发、大投入、大发展的重要时期。招商引资工作对促进武夷新区发展有着至关重要的作用。本文在重视理论结合实际的基础上,梳理了招商引资概念、招商引资国内外研究现状,阐述武夷新区发展概况、重点产业及招商引资现状,提出加强武夷新区产业招商引资策略研究的必要性,然后通过建立EFE、IFE矩阵对武夷新区产业招商引资的内部因素和外部环境进行分析研究,并在此基础上,构造SWOT分析矩阵,将优势、劣势、机遇、威胁四个要素进行交叉分析,从而得出武夷新产业招商引资八个方面策略备选方案。最后,通过构建武夷新区招商引资QSPM矩阵来定量评价策略备选方案,从而选出最符合实际的五个方案。本文运用战略管理工具,通过研究“发展战略”,提出了实际可行的具体对策和措施,为加强武夷新区产业招商引资策略研究提供思路性参考。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of the Northern Fujian Province, Wuyi new area is the first large-scale, high specification, and full implementation of the new urban construction project, which is now in an important period of great development, great investment and great development. The work of attracting investment and attracting investment is very important to promote the development of Wuyi new area. This paper introduces the concept of investment attracting and attracting investment at home and abroad, expounds the general situation of the development of Wuyi new area, the key industries and the current situation of attracting investment, and puts forward the necessity of strengthening the research on the strategy of attracting investment in the industry of Wuyi new area, and then analyzes and studies the internal and external environment of the introduction of the industrial recruits in Wuyi New Area by the establishment of EFE and IFE matrix. On the basis of this, the SWOT analysis matrix is constructed and the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats are cross analyzed in this paper, so as to obtain the eight strategic alternatives for attracting investment in Wuyi new industry. Finally, through the construction of the QSPM matrix in Wuyi new area, the SWOT matrix is used to evaluate the strategic alternatives, so as to select the most practical five. By using strategic management tools, this paper puts forward practical and practical measures and measures through the study of "development strategy", and provides some ideas for strengthening the research on the strategy of investment and investment in Wuyi new area.
