【摘要】：正近年来,随着我国对外开放程度的深化以及经济全球化的推进,我国越来越多的大中型民营企业主动出击,开展跨国经营。随着供给侧结构性改革深入推进,民企也具有走出去的强烈愿望和以空间换取转型升级时间的现实需求,而"一带一路"建设正可以成为民企实现国际化经营的重要载体和平台。民营企业参与"一带一路"建设面临的问题(一)自身短板仍较为突出,对民企参与"一带一路"建设形成内部制约。一
[Abstract]:In recent years , with the deepening of China ' s opening to the outside world and the promotion of economic globalization , more and more medium - and medium - sized enterprises in China have taken the initiative to attack and carry out transnational operation .
