山东省产业结构变迁对经济增长的影响研究

【摘要】：20世纪以来，产业结构调整与经济增长相互关系的研究一直是国内外学者关注的重要内容。世界经济的发展过程也是产业结构演变的过程。合理的产业结构不仅能提高产业内部的发展水平，还有利于产业协调、健康发展，从而促进整个地区经济发展水平的提高。改革开放以来，山东省经济增长迅速，伴随着经济的增长，产业结构也在不断优化。而在我国即将进行的更深层次改革过程中，山东经济面临着机遇和挑战。这就要求山东省进行产业结构调整，从而把握机遇使经济得到更好的发展。目前，针对产业结构变迁和经济增长关系的研究多以一国或者一个大的区域作为研究对象，对于某一省、市、县的研究较少。而且针对山东省产业结构与经济增长的关系研究多采用三次产业产值与经济增长构建模型来进行研究。本文借鉴干春晖等人的研究方法，，从产业结构合理化、高度化的角度探讨两者关系。首先是对已有理论进行了总结和阐述；其次是做了山东省经济增长、产业结构调整的现状分析；接着是以1980-2012年的统计数据为分析对象，通过平稳性检验、协整分析、格兰杰检验等方法，对山东省产业结构变迁与经济增长的关系进行了实证研究；最后针对上述研究中发现的一些问题，如各地区发展不均衡、虚高度化、产业结构不合理、农业投入较低等，提出一些建议：深化农村改革；加大对西部地区的政策、资金投入；大力发展第三产业，提高教育水平和质量来储备人才等等。
[Abstract]:Since the 20th century, the research on the relationship between industrial structure adjustment and economic growth has been an important content of scholars at home and abroad. The development process of the world economy is also the process of the evolution of industrial structure. Reasonable industrial structure can not only improve the level of development within the industry, but also be conducive to the coordinated and healthy development of the industry, thus promoting the improvement of the level of economic development in the whole region. Since the reform and opening up, the economic growth of Shandong Province is rapid, along with the economic growth, the industrial structure is also constantly optimizing. In the process of further reform, Shandong economy is facing opportunities and challenges. This request Shandong province carries on the industrial structure adjustment, thus grasps the opportunity to make the economy obtain the better development. At present, the research on the relationship between industrial structure change and economic growth takes a country or a large region as the research object, but the research on a province, city and county is less. Moreover, the relationship between industrial structure and economic growth in Shandong Province is mainly studied by the construction model of three industrial output value and economic growth. Based on the research methods of Gan Chunhui and others, this paper discusses the relationship between the two from the point of view of rationalization and elevation of industrial structure. Firstly, it summarizes and expounds the existing theories; secondly, it analyzes the current situation of Shandong Province's economic growth and industrial structure adjustment; then, taking the 1980-2012 statistical data as the analysis object, through the stability test, cointegration analysis, By Granger test and other methods, this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between the changes of industrial structure and economic growth in Shandong Province, and finally, aiming at some problems found in the above research, such as unbalanced development in various regions, virtual elevation, unreasonable industrial structure, etc. Some suggestions are put forward such as deepening the rural reform, increasing the policy and capital investment to the western region, vigorously developing the tertiary industry, improving the education level and quality to reserve talents and so on.
