东北亚安全框架下俄罗斯与韩国经贸合作分析

【摘要】：1992年俄罗斯独立后新总统叶利钦访问亚洲的第一站就是韩国,在首尔和时任总统卢泰愚签署了《俄韩基本关系条约》,奠定了俄罗斯和韩国关系的基础,之后俄罗斯和韩国的经贸在几十年时间里面取得了长足的进步,时至今日俄罗斯和韩国成为彼此重要的经贸伙伴。以两国间贸易的进口额,出口额,贸易总额作为重要的参照标准,本文首先将1992-2015年间俄罗斯和韩国的经贸合作发展划分三个特点明显的历史阶段,首先分析了下他们的时代背景和历史概述,从整体上和宏观上把握俄韩经贸合作的历程。具体到经贸合作领域,着重分析了两国在油气领域、铁路运输领域、渔业开发、汽车工业、电子信息产业、航空航天、军工贸易等领域的经贸合作,第二章重点介绍分析两国所取得的合作成果。以背景分析与合作概述作为分析维度。在此基础上,试图总结出俄韩两国经贸合作的特点和制约因素。最后俄罗斯和韩国作为东北亚地区重要的经济体,两国的经贸合作给两国的发展带来机遇,但是由于朝鲜半岛的安全局势一直不明朗,俄韩的国内局势的动荡也给两国的合作带来不小的挑战。
[Abstract]:The first stop of Russian President Boris Yeltsin's visit to Asia after Russia's independence in 1992 was South Korea. In Seoul, Russia and then President Roh Tae-Woo signed the "Treaty on basic Relations between Russia and South Korea," which laid the foundation for Russian-South Korean relations. Since then, Russia and South Korea have made great progress in trade and economic cooperation in decades, and today Russia and South Korea have become important economic and trade partners for each other. With the import volume, export value and total trade volume of the trade between the two countries as the important reference standards, this paper first divides the economic and trade cooperation between Russia and South Korea between 1992 and 2015 into three distinct historical stages. Firstly, it analyzes their historical background and history, and grasps the course of economic and trade cooperation between Russia and South Korea on the whole and macroscopically. Specifically in the field of economic and trade cooperation, the two countries' economic and trade cooperation in the fields of oil and gas, railway transport, fishery development, automobile industry, electronics and information industry, aviation and aerospace, military trade, etc., has been emphatically analyzed. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the results of cooperation between the two countries. Background analysis and cooperative overview as the analysis dimension. On this basis, this paper tries to sum up the characteristics and restrictive factors of Russia and South Korea's economic and trade cooperation. Finally, Russia and South Korea are important economies in Northeast Asia. The economic and trade cooperation between the two countries brings opportunities to the development of the two countries, but the security situation on the Korean Peninsula has been unclear. The instability in Russia and South Korea also poses a great challenge to the cooperation between the two countries.
