[Abstract]:The concept of positive new development is an important part of the socialist thought and basic strategy with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping. To carry out the new concept of development, we must build a modern economic system. The modern economic system includes two basic aspects: industrial system and economic system. How to understand the new concept of development and modern economic system is a problem that needs to be deeply discussed. First, the historical basis for the new concept of development stems from the changes in the principal contradictions in China's society.
