文明融合视角下的山西融入“丝绸之路经济带”的构想

【摘要】：丝绸之路经济带的提出不仅为山西融入亚欧经济一体化提供了契机,也为山西作为黄河文明诞生地的华夏文化融入创造了契机。山西历史文化悠久,资源丰富,是中部地区重要的能源重化工基地,山西是"新亚欧大陆桥经济走廊"的重要区域,也是中国北方沿海地区融入"丝绸之路经济带"的陆路枢纽。山西要充分发挥政府统筹主导作用,积极建立对接新丝绸之路经济带的长效联络机制;加大政府支持力度,为丝绸之路经济带建设提供有力保障;形成地方文化特色,为丝绸之路经济带提升文化软实力;积极对接新丝绸之路旅游带,助推山西旅游产业跨越发展。
[Abstract]:The Silk Road economic belt not only provides an opportunity for Shanxi to integrate into the economic integration of Asia and Europe, but also creates an opportunity for the integration of Shanxi's Chinese culture as the birthplace of the Yellow River civilization. Shanxi, with a long history and rich resources, is an important energy and heavy chemical base in the central region, and Shanxi is an important region of the "New Asia-Europe Continental Bridge Economic Corridor". It is also the land hub for the integration of the northern coastal areas of China into the Silk Road Economic Belt. Shanxi should give full play to the leading role of the government as a whole, actively establish a long-term liaison mechanism to link up the new Silk Road economic belt; increase government support to provide a strong guarantee for the construction of the Silk Road economic belt; and form local cultural characteristics. Promote the cultural soft power for the Silk Road economic belt and actively connect with the new Silk Road tourism belt to promote the development of Shanxi tourism industry.
