东营市风险投资与高新技术产业融合路径研究

【摘要】：当今时代科技竞争日益激烈,科技实力已经成为世界各国综合国力竞争的核心所在。我国《十二五规划》中明确指出要大力发展高新技术产业,提升我国科技竞争力。近年来,以技术创新且知识密集为基础的高新技术产业发展迅猛,进行高新技术产业研发的中小型创新企业已经占全国企业总数的八成以上,对促进我国市场经济的快速发展起到了重要的推动作用。偏好高风险资本增值投资的风险投资作为我国高新技术产业的重要融资来源,其投资和发展规模也逐渐扩大。然而,二者之间的融合互促关系在东营市并没有得到显著的实践,结合速度缓慢,进而制约东营市的高新技术产业发展。针对此种状况,本文以分析东营市目前高新技术产业与风险投资发展现状为切入点,在逐步深入剖析二者共同发展上所存问题基础之上,明确导致二者结合缓慢的症结所在；同时积极吸取世界发达国家熟练发展风险投资和高新技术产业的优秀经验,结合东营市经济状况有针对的提出相关建设性的措施来加快东营市风险投资与高新技术产业的共同发展。本文主要分为五个部分,第一部分明确文章的研究主题和研究意义,并分类别和有重点的介绍了风险投资与高新技术产业在我国的发展历程以及国内外相关研究成果。同时也指出了文中的写作方法以及创新点；第二部分介绍了风险投资与高新技术产业的相关理论和发展现状。从多个方面来阐述风险投资的发展现状,重点指出高新技术产业发展的相关先进理论；第三部为本文的重点。结合东营市的具体情况,有针对地剖析东营市风险投资和高新技术产业发展现状以及存在的问题；着重分析二者之间的关系,选取相关变量指标,并采用实证分析方法揭示出风险投资在促进东营市高新技术产业发展上并没有起到十分显著的作用；第四部分通过比较国外发达国家是如何高效利用风险投资来促进高新技术产业发展的经验,寻找对东营市发展风险投资和高新技术产业的启示；第五部分主要是在上述研究探讨的基础之上,提出利于东营市高效运转风险投资与高新技术产业的融合路径选择。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competition of science and technology is becoming more and more intense, and the strength of science and technology has become the core of the competition of comprehensive national strength in the world. In China's 12th Five-Year plan, it is clearly pointed out that the high-tech industry should be vigorously developed to enhance the competitiveness of China's science and technology. The small and medium innovation enterprises developed by the new technology industry have already accounted for more than 80% of the total number of enterprises in China, which has played an important role in promoting the rapid development of the market economy in China. However, the integration and mutual promotion relationship between the two in Dongying does not get a significant practice, combined with the slow speed, and then restricts the development of high-tech industry in Dongying. In this case, this paper analyzes the current status of the high and new technology industry and venture capital development in Dongying as the breakthrough point, and analyzes the common hair of the two parties in depth. On the basis of the problems deposited on the exhibition, the crux of the slow integration of the two parties is clearly defined. At the same time, we actively absorb the excellent experience of the developed countries' skilled development of venture capital and the high-tech industry, and put forward relevant constructive measures in conjunction with the economic situation in Dongying to increase the risk investment and the high-tech industry in Dongying. Common development.
This article is divided into five parts. The first part makes clear the research theme and significance of the article, and classifies and focuses on the development process of venture investment and high-tech industry in China and the related research results both at home and abroad. Meanwhile, it also points out the writing method and innovation points in the article, and the second part introduces the risk. The development status of venture capital is expounded from many aspects, and the advanced theory of high-tech industry development is pointed out. The third part is the focus of this article. Combined with the specific situation of Dongying, it analyzes the development of venture capital and high-tech industry in Dongying. The analysis of the relationship between the two, the selection of the related variables and the empirical analysis reveals that the venture investment has not played a very significant role in promoting the development of the high-tech industry in Dongying. The fourth part is to promote the efficient use of venture capital to promote the efficient use of venture capital by foreign countries. The experience of the development of high and new technology industry to find the inspiration for the development of risk investment and high-tech industry in Dongying. The fifth part is mainly on the basis of the above research, and puts forward the choice of the fusion path for the high efficient operation of the venture capital and the high-tech industry in Dongying.
