新疆文化产业对经济发展的影响研究

【摘要】:文化产业是二十一世纪的绿色产业、朝阳产业,在全球化的大背景下,文化产业具有以下特点:低投入高产出,高科技含量,能源消耗低,解决就业能力强,以及带动效应强等。这样一个新兴产业已受到世界各国的重视,,并逐步将发展文化产业作为自身经济增长的重要途径,甚至有成为经济增长第一支柱的潜力,以此来推进社会进步和提高国家和地区的综合竞争力。 新疆地域辽阔,面积占全国六分之一,是中国陆地面积最大的省级行政区,地处亚欧大陆腹地,拥有较长的边境线,与俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、印度、阿富汗、蒙古、巴基斯坦等八国接壤。特殊的地理位置也造就了这片土地上多种民族的大聚居,古往今来,在这个土地上维吾尔族、汉族、哈萨克族、回族、柯尔克孜族、塔吉克族、乌孜别克族、蒙古族、俄罗斯族、塔塔尔族、满族、锡伯族及其达斡尔族等多个民族,也正是在这种前提下,各个民族的特色文化相互融合、发展,演变成现如今具有新疆特色的本土文化。 新疆目前整体经济实力还处于落后阶段,大部分的经济拉动是靠自身的资源优势,进行粗犷型、环境破坏型的生产活动,文化产业作为一种新兴的绿色产业,可以极大程度的缓解新疆目前粗犷的经济发展方式,丰富经济发展途径,并且能潜移默化改变人们的思想观念,使“资源节约型,环境友好型”社会的观念深入人心。同时,大力发展新疆的文化产业,还有助于推广宣传新疆特色文化,将新疆的文化信息传递出去,从而使全国乃至世界更了解新疆、认识新疆,最后达到能把新疆丰厚的文化优势转化为经济实力,实现新疆的跨越式发展,从而达到民族团结、社会进步。 本文结合国内外对文化产业理论的研究,阐述文化产业的内涵和国内外文化产业的发展状况,深入探讨和分析了新疆维吾尔自治区文化产业发展的背景和现状,以及发展中所存在的问题和优势,并结合近年的相关数据,通过一系列的规范分析、实证分析,从中得出了新疆文化产业对经济发展的影响,最终提出了新疆文化产业发展的政策建议,包括深化文化体制改革,提高文化消费,发展标志性文化产业,增强文化创新能力,优化文化产业发展环境等。
[Abstract]:Cultural industry is a green industry in the 21 century, sunrise industry. Under the background of globalization, cultural industry has the following characteristics: low input and high output, high technology content, low energy consumption, strong ability to solve employment. And strong driving effect. Such a new industry has attracted the attention of all countries in the world, and gradually regards the development of cultural industry as an important way of its own economic growth, and even has the potential to become the first pillar of economic growth. Xinjiang is the largest provincial administrative region in China with the largest land area and is located in the hinterland of Eurasia and has a long border line. Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, India, Afghanistan, Mongolia, Pakistan and other eight borders. The special geographical location has also created a large population of many ethnic groups on this land. In this land, the Uygur, the Han, the Kazakh, the Hui, the Kirgiz, the Tajik, the Uzbek, the Mongolian, the ancient and the modern, are the Uygur, the Han, the Kazakh, the Hui, the Kirgiz, the Tajik, the Uzbek and the Mongol. The Russian, Tattar, Manchu, Sibo and Daur nationalities, and so on, are also on this premise that the distinctive cultures of each ethnic group merge and develop with each other. It has evolved into a native culture with the characteristics of Xinjiang today. At present, the overall economic strength of Xinjiang is still in a backward stage. Most of the economic pull is based on its own advantages of resources, carrying out rough and environmentally damaging production activities. As a new green industry, cultural industry can greatly alleviate the current rough economic development mode in Xinjiang, enrich the economic development path, and change people's ideas and ideas, making "resource saving". The concept of an environment-friendly society is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. At the same time, vigorously developing the cultural industry in Xinjiang will also help to popularize and propagate Xinjiang's characteristic culture and transmit cultural information from Xinjiang, thus enabling the whole country and the world to better understand and understand Xinjiang. Finally, we can turn Xinjiang's rich cultural advantages into economic strength, realize the leapfrog development of Xinjiang, and achieve national unity and social progress. This paper expounds the connotation of cultural industry and the development of cultural industry at home and abroad, and probes into and analyzes the background and present situation of cultural industry development in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, as well as the existing problems and advantages in the development. Combined with the relevant data in recent years, through a series of normative analysis and empirical analysis, this paper concludes the impact of cultural industry on economic development in Xinjiang, and finally puts forward some policy recommendations for the development of cultural industry in Xinjiang, including deepening the reform of cultural system. Improve cultural consumption, develop symbolic cultural industry, enhance cultural innovation ability, optimize the development environment of cultural industry, etc.
