“新经济”的核心内涵及其统计测度评析

【摘要】：近年来,"新经济"在促进经济增长中发挥了日益重要的作用,对经济社会的生产和生活方式产生了广泛而深刻的影响。为此,本文对"新经济"及其统计测度评价体系进行了评析。研究分析表明,"新经济"是新一轮的科技和产业革命所驱动产生的新经济活动和经济形态,其产生与发展的核心是创新驱动,典型表现为"数字经济";另外,随着新产业、新业态和新商业模式等新经济活动和经济形态的快速产生与发展,对现有统计和测度体系带来新的挑战,未来需要进一步改进定量测度和评价体系,使之能够更加全面、科学、准确和快速地反映"新经济"的发展情况。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the " new economy " has played an increasingly important role in promoting economic growth , which has a broad and profound impact on the production and life style of economy and society . The research shows that " new economy " is the new economic activity and economic form driven by the new round of science and technology and industrial revolution .
