“新比较优势”下的“一带一路”战略研究

【摘要】:"一带一路"战略是适应我国经贸发展新格局转换需要的顶层设计。从地理空间联系到经济空间网络形成的地缘优势、从资源禀赋优势到资源整合能力形成的资源新优势、劳动力成本优势转化为人力资本优势、由被动接受市场向开拓市场转化形成的主体优势,及"后发优势"向"先发优势"转化形成的开放政策优势,构成新阶段我国主导与参与区域合作的"新比较优势"的内涵,是前一阶段比较优势的升级版。基于"新比较优势","一带一路"战略应在东西双向开放战略融合、内外联动模式、开放战略空间、多维协同战略等方面实现战略升级。
[Abstract]:The strategy of " One Belt and One Road " is a top - level design adapted to the transformation of the new pattern of economic and trade development in our country . From the geographical space to the formation of the economic space network , the advantages of the new comparative advantage formed by the resource endowment advantages to the resource integration capability , the main advantages of the transformation from the passive acceptance market to the pioneer market , and the " new comparative advantage " in the former stage . Based on the " new comparative advantage " , the " Belt and One Road " strategy should realize strategic upgrading in the aspects of the two - way open strategic integration , the internal and external linkage model , the open strategic space and the multi - dimensional coordinated strategy .
