【摘要】：正供需转换与经济持续均衡增长关系及宏观经济政策设计的一般规则从总需求和总供给的角度来研究经济持续均衡增长问题,不仅要关注静态供需总量均衡和结构均衡,还必须考虑随着经济发展阶段变化供需总量及结构变化。从静态角度进行供需总量考察,经济增长(或总产出)的决定存在"短边规则",供需总量均衡是经济持续均衡增长的关键,当总供给大于总需求时,总需求成为制约经济增长的关键,当总需求大于总供给时,总需求成为
[Abstract]:The relationship between positive supply and demand conversion and sustained equilibrium growth of economy and the general rules of macroeconomic policy design study the problem of sustained equilibrium growth of economy from the angle of aggregate demand and total supply, not only paying attention to static equilibrium of supply and demand and structural equilibrium. Must also consider with the economic development stage change supply and demand total quantity and the structure change. From the static point of view of the total amount of supply and demand, the decision of economic growth (or total output) has a "short side rule".
