辽宁省区域创新能力研究

【摘要】：在经济全球化快速发展和区域竞争日益激烈的环境下,地区之间的竞争正在逐步转变为创新能力的竞争,区域创新能力成为促进区域经济快速增长和推动区域发展的主要动力,更是决定一个地区经济社会发展水平的关键因素,创新能力的高低对区域发展具有重要意义。建立一套科学合理的指标体系来全面评价某一区域的创新能力,并对不同地区的创新能力进行比较分析,来了解该地区的区域创新能力的现状,进一步为政府和国家创新活动的实施提供政策依据。辽宁省作为中国重要的老工业基地,具有区位优势和政策优势,经济基础较好,但近几年发展速度缓慢,发展后劲不足。因此,对辽宁省区域创新能力发展的现状进行研究,找出存在的不足,进而有针对性地提出改善区域创新能力的对策,对辽宁省发挥自身优势,提升区域创新能力,加快经济增长,具有重要和现实的意义。本文首先就研究背景、研究意义和相关文献等几个方面展开阐述。然后,阐述相关的理论,进一步构建了区域创新能力的评价体系,提出评价指标。在大量采集数据的基础上,本文运用SPSS统计软件,采用因子分析法对辽宁省、山东省和江苏等省市区域创新能力进行综合评价,从知识创造潜力、知识获取潜力和创新环境等几个方面进行分析,找出其存在的问题,并对结果进行比较分析。最后,提出提升辽宁省区域创新能力的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce regional competition, the competition among regions is gradually changing into the competition of innovation ability, and regional innovation ability becomes the main driving force to promote the rapid growth of regional economy and promote regional development. It is also a key factor to determine the level of economic and social development in a region, and the level of innovation ability is of great significance to regional development. To establish a set of scientific and reasonable index system to evaluate the innovation ability of a certain region in an all-round way, and to compare and analyze the innovation ability of different regions, so as to understand the present situation of the regional innovation ability in that region. Further provides the policy basis for the government and the national innovation activity implementation. Liaoning Province, as an important old industrial base in China, has the advantages of location and policy, and has a good economic base. However, in recent years, the speed of development is slow and the stamina of development is insufficient. Therefore, this paper studies the present situation of the development of regional innovation ability in Liaoning Province, finds out the shortcomings, and then puts forward the countermeasures to improve the regional innovation ability, so as to give full play to the advantages of Liaoning Province and promote the regional innovation ability. Accelerate economic growth, have important and realistic meaning. In this paper, the research background, research significance and related literature and other aspects are discussed. Then, the related theory is expounded, and the evaluation system of regional innovation ability is further constructed, and the evaluation index is put forward. On the basis of a large amount of data collected, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the regional innovation ability of Liaoning Province, Shandong Province and Jiangsu Province by using SPSS statistical software and factor analysis to create the potential of knowledge creation. This paper analyzes the potential of knowledge acquisition and the environment of innovation, finds out the existing problems, and makes a comparative analysis of the results. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the regional innovation ability of Liaoning Province.
