驱动创新发展的动力模式演变

【摘要】：创客、创意资本、创客资本、众创空间等基于知识、技术、制度、人力资本等传统动力模式演变成互联网经济时代驱动创新发展的新动力模式。首先,将创新发展动力界定为适应互联网时代的创新创业需求,以激发人的创造力为核心,并能够培育新动力形成和推动传统动力改造升级的各类要素;其次,在比较新动力与传统动力模式差异的基础上,提出驱动创新发展动力系统的逻辑框架;最后,从包容性社会创新氛围营造、舆论宣传、创客产业链培育和嵌入式创客教育4个方面,提出培育创新发展新动力的策略。
[Abstract]:Based on knowledge, technology, institution, human capital and other traditional power modes, such as creative capital, creative capital and so on, have evolved into the new driving force mode of innovation and development in the era of Internet economy. Firstly, it defines the innovation development motive as adapting to the demand of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Internet age, taking the stimulation of human creativity as the core, and being able to foster the formation of new power and promote the upgrading of traditional power. Secondly, On the basis of comparing the difference between the new motive force and the traditional dynamic mode, the paper puts forward the logical frame of driving innovation development power system. Finally, from the perspective of creating an inclusive social innovation atmosphere, public opinion propagandizes, This paper puts forward the strategies of cultivating new motive force of innovation and development in four aspects: cultivating the industrial chain of creators and embedding the education of creators.
