“一带一路”战略的合作重点和推进策略

【摘要】："一带一路"是中国政府提出的海陆融合的国家发展大战略,旨在借用古代丝绸之路的历史符号,积极发展与沿线国家的经济伙伴关系,实现共同发展。"一带一路"战略的提出,对构建中国对外开放新格局、实现中国梦、促进沿线国家经济发展,具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。"一带一路"作为国家战略,要科学规划、重点布局,不断随着时局的变化探索推进策略的新思路。基于"一带一路"战略合作的背景,应重点加强在能源、资本输出与产业整合等领域的合作,通过实施构建平台、创新机制和控制风险等战略部署,全方位多层次推动"一带一路"战略稳步发展。
[Abstract]:"Belt and Road" is a national development strategy put forward by the Chinese government, aimed at borrowing the historical symbols of the ancient Silk Road, actively developing the economic partnership with the countries along the route, and realizing common development. " Belt and Road's "strategy is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance to the construction of a new pattern of China's opening to the outside world, the realization of Chinese Dream, and the promotion of the economic development of the countries along the route." Belt and Road, as a national strategy, should plan scientifically, lay out key points, and constantly explore new ideas for promoting strategy with the changes of the current situation. Based on the background of Belt and Road's strategic cooperation, we should focus on strengthening cooperation in the fields of energy, capital export and industrial integration, through the implementation of strategic plans such as building platforms, innovating mechanisms and controlling risks. Promoting the steady development of Belt and Road's strategy at all levels and at all levels.
