东亚区域公共产品供给与中国-东盟合作

【摘要】：区域公共产品短缺制约东亚地区发展,发展援助和区域安全领域应成为东亚区域合作的重点。区域公共产品供应机制建立过程中涉及域外霸权与地区成员、地区成员之间两种博弈类型,域外霸权的介入影响地区成员之间的互动。基于东亚成员的现实需求和互动经验,在"一带一路"框架下深化中国-东盟合作是促进东盟乃至东亚地区发展的最佳路径。澜沧江-湄公河合作机制是"一带一路"框架下的早期收获项目,其成功经验对于深化中国-东盟合作具有重要启示。
[Abstract]:The shortage of regional public goods restricts the development of East Asia. Development aid and regional security should be the focus of regional cooperation in East Asia. In the process of establishing the regional public product supply mechanism, there are two types of game between the extraterritorial hegemony and the regional members, and the intervention of the extraterritorial hegemony affects the interaction between the regional members. Based on the practical needs and interactive experience of East Asian members, deepening China-ASEAN cooperation under the framework of "Belt and Road" is the best way to promote the development of ASEAN and even East Asia. Lancangjiang-Mekong cooperation mechanism is an early harvest project under the framework of "Belt and Road", and its successful experience has important implications for deepening China-ASEAN cooperation.
