我国省际区域创新效率比较及提升策略研究
[Abstract]:The efficiency of regional innovation is the concentrated embodiment of the level of regional science and technology and economic development. China is in an important period of economic transformation. How to realize sustainable development of Chinese economy is an urgent problem to be solved. As the internal driving force of economic development, technological innovation has been paid more and more attention by the government. The government should pay more attention to improving the efficiency of innovation resources while increasing innovation investment. Taking the data from 30 provincial (municipal) administrative regions in mainland China from 2005 to 2012 as samples, this paper uses SPSS18.0 to analyze the correlation of the selected indexes, removes the highly correlated indexes, and constructs three inputs. The evaluation index of innovation efficiency of two outputs. It is divided into the eastern and western regions according to its geographical location. The static and dynamic efficiency of technological innovation in different provinces and cities in the east, west and west regions are investigated by using DEA model and Malmquist index method of DEA method. The results show that the static efficiency of regional innovation in China is at a good level, but there is still much room for improvement; Further decomposition index found that scale efficiency is not the main reason to limit the efficiency of regional innovation in China, the key to improve the efficiency of regional innovation lies in the enhancement of pure technology efficiency. The key factor affecting pure technical efficiency lies in the policy system and management mode of the region. The main driving force for the growth of total factor productivity of innovation in most regions of China is the promotion of technological progress, but the effect of efficiency improvement is not obvious. Although there is a large gap in the total factor productivity between east and west, the gap between regions is narrowing, indicating that regional innovation is converging in China.
