中国国际公共产品供给问题研究——以联合国会费为例

【摘要】：本文以联合国会费分摊比额为例研究国际公共产品供给问题,以理清国际公共产品供给问题的逻辑与脉络,其中提出三个问题并运用VAR模型进行解释。结合中国对联合国会费负担的态度变化及其与其他国家的比较、中国的联合国会费分摊比额随国际地位及实力的变化情况和中国的联合国会费分摊比额是否应该上升三个问题,对中国国际公共产品的供给原因、变化、成本和收益进行分析,并针对存在的问题提出了相应的解决办法。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the United Nations scale of contributions as an example to study the supply of international public goods in order to clarify the logic and context of the supply of international public goods. Three problems are put forward and explained by using VAR model. Taking into account the change in China's attitude towards the burden of United Nations contributions and its comparison with other countries, there are three questions about whether China's United Nations scale of assessments should be increased with changes in international status and strength and whether China's scale of assessments for the United Nations should be increased, This paper analyzes the reasons, changes, costs and benefits of the supply of China's international public goods, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the existing problems.
