甘肃省城市经济发展及其空间联系研究

【摘要】：目前,甘肃省的城市整体发展状况普遍较为落后。就经济方面来说,无论是从总量还是人均数量来说都落后于全国平均水平,从各城市的具体情况来看,相互之间的经济差距很大。城市的总体实力与城市的对外空间联系密切程度是成正比的。空间联系包括了城市间联系的多种形式,如自然地理联系、交通信息联系、经济联系、功能联系等。本文主要从经济联系和功能联系上进行分析。首先,从甘肃省城市的经济发展演变和现状入手,对各城市间的经济联系进行分析;其次,利用相关模型对各城市间的功能联系进行分析,找出其发展中存在的问题;最后,依据存在的问题提出相应的对策建议,以期对甘肃省城市的发展有一定的借鉴意义。本文在对相关文献及理论进行概括的基础上,构建了理论框架,选取甘肃省内除甘南藏族自治州和临夏回族自治州以外的12个地级市进行经济联系和功能联系分析,并在此基础上得出各城市的主要联系方向。通过实证分析得出以下结论:第一,12个城市整体发展水平较低,并未出现全部行业都具有专业化水平的城市;第二,经济发展较好的城市中,除兰州外,均以制造业为支撑,产业结构单一;第三,作为甘肃省的中心城市,兰州市还未形成强大的辐射力;第四,甘肃省内城市间的相互联系较弱,空间结构松散。最后,在以上结论的基础上从发展优势产业,调整产业格局,加强中心城市辐射作用和推进交通信息网络建设几个方面提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:At present, Gansu Province's overall urban development situation is generally relatively backward. In terms of economy, both the total amount and the per capita amount lag behind the national average, and from the specific situation of the cities, the economic gap between them is very large. The overall strength of a city is proportional to the degree of its external spatial connection. Spatial connection includes many forms of intercity connection, such as natural geography connection, traffic information connection, economic connection, function connection and so on. This article mainly carries on the analysis from the economic connection and the function connection. First of all, from the economic development of Gansu Province and the current situation of urban economic development, to analyze the economic relations among cities; secondly, to use the relevant model to analyze the functional relationship between cities, to find out the existing problems in the development. Finally, according to the existing problems, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide some reference for the development of Gansu Province. On the basis of summarizing the relevant documents and theories, this paper constructs a theoretical framework, and selects 12 prefectural cities except Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture in Gansu Province to carry out economic and functional linkage analysis. On the basis of this, the main contact direction of each city is obtained. Through the empirical analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: first, the overall development level of 12 cities is relatively low, not all industries have a professional level of cities; Second, in the cities with better economic development, except Lanzhou, the manufacturing industry is the support, the industrial structure is single, third, as the central city of Gansu Province, Lanzhou City has not yet formed a strong radiation power; Fourth, the cities in Gansu Province are weak in relation to each other, and the spatial structure is loose. Finally, on the basis of the above conclusions, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the following aspects: developing the superior industry, adjusting the industrial pattern, strengthening the radiation function of the central city and promoting the construction of the traffic information network.
