【摘要】：我国资本市场发展20余年,其作为反映经济情况的晴雨表发挥着重要的作用。但在其发展中不可避免地出现了一些问题,为此,国家审计机关应配合证监会推动监管转型多层次资本市场建设,发挥政府审计监管作用。文章论述了政府审计监管在资本市场的作用,政府审计监管与资本市场良性发展的关系以及政府审计发挥"免疫系统"的功能,构建资本市场审计监管长效机制等相关内容。
[Abstract]:China's capital market has been developing for more than 20 years, which plays an important role as a barometer reflecting the economic situation. However, some problems inevitably arise in its development. The national audit institutions should cooperate with the CSRC to promote the multi-level capital market construction in the regulatory transformation and give full play to the role of the government audit supervision. This paper discusses the role of the government audit supervision in the capital market. The relationship between government audit supervision and the benign development of capital market, the function of government audit playing the function of "immune system" and the construction of long-term mechanism of capital market audit supervision and so on.
