【摘要】：正党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》)明确对领导干部实行自然资源资产离任审计。这是中央为推进生态文明建设作出的重大制度安排,也是对审计工作提出的新要求。近期《中共中央国务院关于加快推进生态文明建设的意见》(以下简称《意见》)提出对领导干部实行自然资源资产和环境责任离任审计,对自然资源资产离任审计作出了进一步部署和要求。《决定》出台以来,审计署和地方各级审计机关对自然
