【摘要】：本文对赈灾专款物资的绩效审计作了深入探讨,力求解决如何让赈灾专款物资发挥最大效力,确保灾区人民顺利度过难关的问题。文章基于层次分析法和数据矩阵理论的基础上构建了一套绩效审计评估指标体系,并通过实际的案例进行剖析与评价。最后提出赈灾专款物资绩效审计的政策建议和改进措施。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a deep discussion on the performance audit of the relief funds, and tries to solve the problem of how to make the relief funds exert the maximum effectiveness and ensure the people in the disaster areas to tide over the difficulties smoothly.Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and data matrix theory, this paper constructs a set of performance audit evaluation index system, and analyzes and evaluates it through actual cases.Finally, the paper puts forward the policy recommendations and improvement measures for the performance audit of relief funds.
