A企业人力资源管理审计运作模式研究

【摘要】: 随着中国现代企业制度逐步建立和完善,人力资源管理审计越来越成为现代企业完善内部控制和加强人力资源管理的重要工具。 本文以工作实践为基础,借鉴了国内外企业人力资源管理审计实践和理论研究成果,围绕A企业人力资源管理审计运作的基本框架、组织实施方式和审计运作技能等方面的内容进行研究,构建了以组织结构为核心的A企业人力资源管理审计的全新运作方式,改变了公司过去以财务控制为重心的审计运作方式,不仅大大深化管理审计的范围和层次,同时强化人力资源管理在公司经营管理中地位和作用,少部分已在A企业实践运用中初步显现出成效。 本文主要分为六部分,第一部分导论,主要介绍背景资料;第二部分为企业人力资源管理审计及发展,主要介绍人力资源管理审计的定义及相关概念;第三部分为A企业人力资源管理审计运作框架,主要介绍A企业状况及具体的人力资源管理审计设计框架;第四部分A企业开展人力资源管理审计的运作过程分析,主要介绍A企业人力资源管理审计的具体审计内容及运用的工具;第五部分是完善和发展企业人力资源管理审计的对策探讨,,主要介绍通过人力资源管理审计发现的A企业人力资源管理的问题和发展对策以及企业发展人力资源管理审计的几点建议;第六部分为结论与不足。
[Abstract]:With the establishment and perfection of modern enterprise system in China, human resource management audit has become an important tool for modern enterprises to improve internal control and strengthen human resource management. Based on the work practice, this paper draws lessons from the domestic and foreign enterprise human resource management audit practice and theoretical research results, and revolves around the basic framework of A enterprise human resources management audit operation. Based on the research of organization implementation mode and audit operation skills, a new operation mode of A enterprise human resource management audit is constructed, which takes the organizational structure as the core. It not only deepens the scope and level of management audit, but also strengthens the position and role of human resource management in the management and management of the company. A small part of the A enterprise in practice has shown initial results. This paper is divided into six parts, the first part is introduction, the second part is the audit and development of enterprise human resource management, mainly introduces the definition and related concepts of human resource management audit. The third part is the operational framework of the human resource management audit of enterprise A, mainly introduces the situation of enterprise A and the design framework of the audit of human resources management, the fourth part is the analysis of the operation process of the human resources management audit carried out by the enterprise. This paper mainly introduces the concrete audit contents and the tools used in the audit of human resource management in enterprise A. the fifth part is about how to perfect and develop the audit of human resource management in the enterprise. This paper mainly introduces the problems and development countermeasures of human resource management of enterprise A found through the audit of human resource management, and some suggestions on the audit of human resource management of enterprise development. The sixth part is the conclusion and deficiency.
