江苏电信内部审计项目质量管理研究

【摘要】： 多年来,江苏电信内部审计工作为公司的改革和发展发挥了重要的作用。随着江苏电信转型工作的深入,内部审计工作面临着新的机遇和挑战,内部审计项目的质量成为影响内部审计生存和发展的关键环节。加强江苏电信内部审计项目质量管理,对于提高内部审计工作的效率和效果,防范和规避审计风险,进一步发挥内部审计作用具有现实的意义。本文简要阐述了江苏电信内部审计项目质量管理的现状,分析了其中存在的问题,并结合质量管理中的全面质量管理、质量体系建设、卓越绩效模式等理论和项目质量管理的方法,对内部审计项目的计划、实施、控制和总结改进阶段的质量管理重点进行了深入的探讨。通过确定审计项目,整合审计资源,建立江苏电信内部审计项目质量控制标准,实施PDCA循环,加强项目质量管理效果的评估等方式,力求实现江苏电信内部审计项目质量的整体提升。本文旨在通过理论和实践相结合的方法对江苏电信内部审计项目的质量管理进行研究,为江苏电信进一步加强内部审计项目质量管理提供参考。
[Abstract]:Over the years, Jiangsu Telecom internal audit work for the company's reform and development has played an important role. With the deepening of Jiangsu Telecom's transformation, the internal audit is facing new opportunities and challenges. The quality of the internal audit project has become a key link affecting the survival and development of internal audit. Strengthening the quality management of Jiangsu Telecom's internal audit project is of practical significance for improving the efficiency and effect of internal audit, preventing and avoiding audit risks, and further exerting the role of internal audit. This paper briefly expounds the present situation of the quality management of Jiangsu Telecom's internal audit project, analyzes the existing problems, and combines the total quality management and the quality system construction in the quality management. The theory of excellent performance model and the methods of project quality management are discussed in this paper, including the plan, implementation, control and summary of the quality management in the improvement stage of the internal audit project. By determining audit projects, integrating audit resources, establishing quality control standards for internal audit projects in Jiangsu Telecom, implementing PDCA cycle, and strengthening the evaluation of project quality management effects, etc. Strive to achieve Jiangsu Telecom internal audit project quality as a whole. The purpose of this paper is to study the quality management of Jiangsu Telecom's internal audit project by combining theory and practice, and to provide a reference for Jiangsu Telecom to further strengthen the quality management of internal audit project.
