浅谈基层审计发挥“免疫系统”功能

【摘要】：正基层国家审计机关,应当在深刻学习领会审计"免疫系统"功能的基础上,结合基层工作的形势与特点,积极探索充分发挥"免疫系统"功能。审计"免疫系统"功能对基层审计的要求首先,基层审计必须牢固树立"两种理念",即科学理念和大局理念。审计工作自身的发展必须遵循科学发展的规律,既要看到发展中的成绩,也要看到发展中的不足,积极探索适应新形势要求的科学审
[Abstract]:On the basis of deep study and understanding of the function of the "immune system", the state audit institutions at the grassroots level should actively explore and give full play to the function of the "immune system" in combination with the situation and characteristics of the grass-roots work. First of all, the basic audit must firmly establish "two kinds of ideas", namely, the scientific idea and the overall situation idea. The development of audit work itself must follow the law of scientific development. We should not only see the achievements in development, but also see the deficiencies in development, and actively explore the scientific review that adapts to the requirements of the new situation.
