油田企业绩效审计标准化体系

【摘要】：审计时应重点关注企业资源配置的目标是否实现、是否达到预期目的。以河南油田某钻井工程公司钻井队的绩效审计为例,首先确定评价指标体系,其次确定指标权重,再次计算指标以及各作业队管理效益综合分值,最后分析比较各队之间的差异并进行综合评价。通过对该项目的实施,找到了影响钻井队管理效益的主要因素,被审计单位进行全面整改落实,达到了审计增值效果与目的。
[Abstract]:The audit should focus on whether the target of enterprise resource allocation is achieved and whether it achieves the expected purpose. Taking the performance audit of a drilling team of a drilling engineering company in Henan Oilfield as an example, the evaluation index system is first determined, then the index weight is determined, the index and the comprehensive score of the management benefit of each operation team are calculated again. Finally, the differences between the teams are analyzed and compared and comprehensive evaluation is carried out. Through the implementation of the project, the main factors affecting the efficiency of the management of the drilling team are found, and the audit units carry out the comprehensive rectification and implementation to achieve the audit value-added effect and purpose.
