莒县内审协会指导构建监管机制

【摘要】：正今年以来,山东省莒县内审协会指导县住建局认真贯彻落实中央系列厉行节约、反对浪费的财经法规,结合本系统下属单位多、经济事项繁杂的特点,建立了"事前审批、集中核算、审计监督、整改提高"四位一体的财务、审计监管机制,扎紧了财经纪律的制度篱笆,成效显著。一是建立组织,设好监管"控制点"。该局成立了由主要负责人任组长、纪检负责人任副组长、相关科室、单位负责人为成员的工作领导小组。同时,成立会计集中核算中心,在住建局领导下开展工作,接受县财政、审计、
[Abstract]:Since this year, the Ju County Internal Audit Association of Shandong Province has guided the County Housing Bureau to conscientiously implement the series of financial and economic laws and regulations of the central government, which are strict in economy and oppose waste, and have established the "prior examination and approval" in the light of the characteristics of the large number of units subordinate to the system and the complicated economic affairs. Centralized accounting, audit supervision, rectification and improvement of the "four-in-one financial, audit and supervision mechanism" have tightened the system fence of financial discipline and achieved remarkable results.
