高校科技管理部门负责人经济责任审计评价——基于多级模糊综合评价视角

【摘要】：高校科技管理部门负责人经济责任审计评价指标体系中,对于定性指标,指标值具有模糊和非定量化的特点,很难用精确数字来表示,只能采用模糊数学的方法对模糊信息进行量化处理。由于定量指标的计量单位各不相同,不具有可比性,可用无量纲化解决指标间的可综合性问题,指标无量纲化过程也就是求解隶属函数的过程。因此运用多级模糊综合评价法,客观、公正地评价审计对象经济责任的履行情况,不失为完善和发展高校经济责任审计方法的一种有益尝试。
[Abstract]:In the evaluation index system of economic responsibility audit for the heads of science and technology management departments in colleges and universities, for the qualitative indicators, the index values have the characteristics of fuzzy and non-quantitative, so it is difficult to express them with accurate numbers. Only fuzzy mathematics can be used to quantify the fuzzy information. Because the measuring units of the quantitative indicators are different and not comparable, the dimensionless process can be used to solve the comprehensive problems among the indexes, and the dimensionless process of the indicators is the process of solving the membership function. Therefore, it is a beneficial attempt to improve and develop the audit method of economic responsibility in colleges and universities by using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to objectively and fairly evaluate the performance of the economic responsibility of the audit object.
