政府审计的政府治理效应研究

【摘要】：本文收集了2010-2015年政府审计与政府治理有关数据,深入分析政府审计与政府治理效果的联系。结果显示,政府审计对政府治理成效具有推动作用,即政府审计也具备一定治理功效;政府审计对于提高地方经济发展水平,其治理功效不显著。同时,从审计资源配置、审计人员培养、审计数据库以及缩小审计区域差异等方面,提出了有效的对策建议,从而充分发挥政府审计促进政府治理的功能。
[Abstract]:This paper collects the data of government audit and government governance from 2010 to 2015, and analyzes the relationship between government audit and government governance effect. The results show that the government audit can promote the government governance effect, that is, the government audit has a certain governance effect, and the governance effect of the government audit is not significant to improve the level of local economic development. At the same time, from the aspects of the allocation of audit resources, the training of auditors, the audit database and narrowing the regional differences of audit, this paper puts forward some effective countermeasures and suggestions, so as to give full play to the function of government audit in promoting government governance.
