房地产行业规模对中国国民收入分配格局影响分析

【摘要】：近年来我国国民收入分配格局的变化一直向着不利于家庭部门的方向发展，，这严重地制约了我国居民消费的增长。本文对现有文献进行梳理并构建理论模型，建立多元线性回归模型进行实证检验，发现房地产行业规模占比、实际利率、劳动力供给数量是影响我国国民收入分配格局的重要因素，房地产行业规模占比的扩大使得政府在国民收入分配格局中分得了更大的比例，最后给出了政策建议。本文分为五个部分。第一部分：绪论。这一章介绍了本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究方法和结构框架，并指出本文的创新之处与研究特色。第二部分：文献回顾。这一章回顾了国内外在国民收入方面的理论基础及研究方法，同时介绍了国内外对国民收入分配格局产生原因分析方面的研究状况。第三部分：理论模型。本章首先对涉及相关理论基础进行总结，然后构建了包含房地产行业和其他行业的收入分配模型来探讨房地产行业占国民经济比重对分配格局的影响。第四部分及第五部分：以国家层面数据和省际层面数据，运用计量实证方法对我国国民收入分配格局变化的原因进行实证检验。第六部分：结论。此部分对本文进行总结并得出结论，然后对调整国民收入分配格局提出政策建议，最后指出本文的不足及对未来的展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the change of China's national income distribution pattern has been toward the household sector is not conducive to the direction of development, which seriously hampered China's consumption growth. This paper reviews the existing literature and constructs a theoretical model to establish multiple linear regression model for the empirical test, the real estate industry found that the scale of the proportion, the real interest rate, labor supply quantity is an important factor affecting China's national income distribution pattern, the real estate industry scale accounted for the expansion of the government in the national income distribution pattern had a greater proportion, finally policy suggestions are given.
This article is divided into five parts.
The first part: introduction. This chapter introduces the research background, research significance, research methods and structural framework, and points out the innovation and research features of this article.
The second part: literature review. This chapter reviews the theoretical basis and research methods of the national income both at home and abroad, and introduces the research status of the reasons for the national income distribution pattern both at home and abroad.
The third part is the theoretical model. Firstly, the related theoretical foundations are summarized. Then the income distribution model including real estate industry and other industries is built to explore the impact of the real estate industry's share of national economy on the distribution pattern.
The fourth part and the five part: Based on the national level data and the provincial level data, we use the econometric empirical method to empirically test the causes of the change of the national income distribution pattern in China.
The sixth part: conclusion. This part summarizes the paper and draws a conclusion. Then, it puts forward policy recommendations for adjusting the distribution pattern of national income. Finally, it points out the shortcomings of this article and prospects for the future.
