我国风险投资网络核心—边缘结构的动态演进

【摘要】：本文利用2000~2014年我国风险投资中的联合投资数据,研究风险投资网络核心—边缘结构的动态演进规律。结果发现:大多数风险投资机构处于网络边缘区;核心区成员个数稳定,并且占据主导地位的风险投资机构注册地由境外转向境内;外资和中外合资持续成为核心区成员的资本来源。局部网络之间适度的联系使得整体网络具有稳健的网络结构。网络新成员进入网络后通过提高核心度来提升网络地位很困难。
[Abstract]:This paper makes use of the joint investment data from 2000 to 2014 in China's venture capital. The dynamic evolution law of the core edge structure of venture capital network is studied. The results show that most venture capital institutions are in the edge of the network; The number of members in the core area is stable, and the place of registration of the leading venture capital institution shifts from overseas to domestic; Foreign capital and Sino-foreign joint venture continue to be the capital source of the core area members. The moderate connection between the local network makes the whole network have a stable network structure. New network members enter the network by increasing the core degree to enhance the network. Networking is difficult.
