【摘要】：本文从交易所最早产生的背景开始,引出大宗商品交易所的由来。从全国交易所的发展格局逐步过渡到天津交易所的发展现状,着重介绍了天津大宗商品交易所的基本情况、存在问题与产生原因,并以渤海商品交易所为例,更加深入的对交易所的内部结构、管理模式和特色优势进行了阐述,更加直观的反映出大宗商品交易所转型升级的趋势与思路,最后对天津大宗商品交易所未来发展提出整体建议。同时文中还对有关概念、原理、规则等要素进行了专题介绍,有利于全面了解大宗商品交易所的整体运营与交易情况。交易所最主要的功能是为买卖双方提供一个平台,同时解决供给与需求问题,实现资金高效募集和资源合理配置。很多人将交易所只看作投机炒作的虚拟市场,而我们应该看到它的真正意义：在网络技术达到一定水平,业务产品日益成熟,市场监管不断规范的情况下,交易所将实现它引导公平定价、帮助企业融资、聚集人才与资源优势、带动区域经济发展的综合目标。本文恰逢全国清理整顿各类交易场所期间,交易所的经营体制、交易模式等方面都面临着新的调整、转型和改革,在此时机,研究大宗商品交易所发展中出现的普遍问题,提出改进完善的措施与建议,探索其未来发展的道路,将有助于交易所综合目标的实现,有利于促进地方实体经济的发展,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
[Abstract]:This article starts from the background of the earliest emergence of the exchange, leads to the origin of the commodity exchange, from the development pattern of the national exchange gradually transition to the development status quo of Tianjin exchange. This paper mainly introduces the basic situation, existing problems and causes of Tianjin Commodity Exchange, and takes Bohai Commodity Exchange as an example to make a deeper analysis of the internal structure of the exchange. Management model and characteristics of advantages are described, more intuitive reflects the commodity exchange transformation and upgrading of the trend and ideas. Finally, the future development of Tianjin Commodity Exchange is proposed as a whole. At the same time, the related concepts, principles, rules and other elements are also introduced. The main function of the exchange is to provide a platform for both buyers and sellers and to solve the problem of supply and demand at the same time. To achieve efficient fund-raising and rational allocation of resources. Many people only think of the exchange as a speculative virtual market, and we should see its true significance: in the network technology to a certain level. When business products become more mature and market regulation is being regulated, exchanges will realize fair pricing, help enterprises to raise funds, and gather talents and resources. This article coincides with the national cleaning up and rectifying all kinds of trading places, the exchange management system, trading model and other aspects are facing new adjustment, transformation and reform, at this time. Studying the common problems in the development of the commodity exchange, putting forward the measures and suggestions to improve and perfect, and exploring the way of its future development, will be helpful to the realization of the comprehensive goal of the exchange. It is beneficial to promote the development of local real economy and has important theoretical and practical significance.
