【摘要】:产权交易市场历经20多年的发展,已经成为我国多层次资本市场的重要组成部分。伴随着我国产权交易市场发展规模日益壮大,业务范围不断扩展,融资功能日益强大,产权交易市场对我国区域经济增长的推动效应日益显著,从不同角度作用于区域经济的不同层面,推动了区域经济增长。产权交易市场如何推动区域经济的发展,其对区域经济增长起到了多大的作用,成为本文研究的核心问题。本文采用了理论分析与实证分析相结合、定性分析和定量分析相结合的研究方法。文章从产权交易市场的现状分析出发,根据产权交易市场在不同业务领域的现状,分析其对区域经济增长不同角度和层面的影响路径,从而最终得出产权交易市场促进区域经济增长的具体效应所在。文章运用固定效应模型和变系数模型分析了产权交易市场与区域经济总量之间的数量关系,论证了产权交易市场对区域经济增长的正向推动作用。 经过研究,本文认为产权交易市场对于区域经济增长具有一定的积极作用,但是总体作用程度仍然较小,产权交易市场越发达,其对区域经济的影响越大。产权交易市场对区域经济增长的作用主要体现在以下几点:首先,产权交易市场直接促进了就业和相关服务业的发展,增加了地区生产总值。其次,从企业层面来看,产权交易市场为中小企业、国有企业、高新技术企业的发展提供了股权流动和融资平台。再次,从经济结构层面来看,产权交易市场推动了我国产业结构和国有经济结构的优化升级,从调结构的角度促进了经济增长方式的转变。最后,上升到制度层面,产权交易市场通过有效促进企业产权流转,很好地推动了我国现代企业制度和现代产权制度的形成。
[Abstract]:After 20 years of development of the property market, has become an important part of the multi-level capital market in China. With the development of the scale of China's property market is growing, expanding the scope of business, financing is becoming more and more powerful, the property rights trading market of China's regional economic growth promoting effect, different levels in the region the economy from different angles, to promote regional economic growth. How the property market to promote the development of regional economy, to much effect on regional economic growth has become the core of the paper. This paper uses theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, research methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The article. Through the analysis of the present situation of the property market, according to the current situation in different business areas of the property market, the analysis on the regional economic growth is not the same angle Effect of path and level, the specific effects and ultimately come to the property market to promote regional economic growth. This article uses the fixed effects model and variable coefficient model to analyze the relationship between the number of property rights trading market and the regional economy, demonstrates the positive effect to promote the property rights trading market on regional economic growth.
After the study, the property market has played a positive role in the regional economic growth, but overall level is still small, the property market is more developed, its impact on the regional economy more. The property rights trading market on regional economic growth is mainly reflected in the following aspects: first, the property rights trading market directly promote the development of employment and related services, increase of GDP. Secondly, from the view of enterprise, property rights trading market for small and medium-sized enterprises, state-owned enterprises, and provides the flow of equity financing platform for the development of high-tech enterprises. Thirdly, from the perspective of economic structure, the property market to promote the upgrade of industrial structure in China and the structure of the state economy, from the perspective of structural adjustment and promote the transformation of economic growth mode. Finally, rise to the level of system, property rights trading market through effective The promotion of the circulation of property rights has greatly promoted the formation of the modern enterprise system and the modern property right system in China.
