无锡市区城市用地时空变化及驱动因素研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济的快速发展,城镇化的进程也在不断加快,城镇化的首要表现就是城市用地的空间扩展,这也是衡量城镇化一个很重要的指标。但如果城镇化的发展只注重外扩式的推进而忽略内涵的发展,不仅会浪费土地资源,还会带来环境的破坏及污染等问题,甚至威胁到社会的和谐发展。通过对城市用地空间变化的研究,可以加深对城镇化的理解,为城镇的可持续发展提供理论和现实的参考依据。本文在理论研究的基础上,以无锡市区为例,对城市用地的空间变化特征及驱动因素进行了分析,针对无锡市区城市用地管理存在的问题,结合发展现状提出了相应的对策,具体内容包括： 1、对国内外城市用地的相关研究进行回顾总结,重点对城市用地的扩展模式、城市用地扩展的模型和驱动因素作了分析研究。 2、在理论回顾的基础上,以无锡市区为例,运用ArcGIS、 Erdas遥感影像技术对三个时期内城市用地的时空演变特征进行分析,结果发现无锡市区城市用地在逐年扩展,尤其在2000年之后扩展的速率达到5.83%。城市用地的结构变化表现在居住用地、工业用地、仓储用地、市政公用设施用地的比重在减小,公共设施用地、道路广场用地和绿地的比重在增大。 3、在城市用地驱动因素研究上,选取经济、人口、交通、科技、政治、自然等15项指标,利用典型相关分析法,得出了与城市用地变化相关性最高的8项指标,再运用主成分分析法,研究三个时期内无锡市区城市用地时空演变的主要驱动因素,为未来无锡市区城市用地的发展规划提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the process of urbanization is also speeding up. The first manifestation of urbanization is the spatial expansion of urban land, which is also an important indicator to measure urbanization. However, if the development of urbanization only pays attention to the development of extraneous expansion and neglects the development of connotation, it will not only waste land resources, but also bring environmental damage and pollution, and even threaten the harmonious development of society. Through the study of the spatial change of urban land use, we can deepen the understanding of urbanization and provide theoretical and practical reference for the sustainable development of cities and towns. On the basis of theoretical research, taking Wuxi urban area as an example, this paper analyzes the spatial change characteristics and driving factors of urban land use, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to the existing problems of urban land use management in Wuxi urban area. The specific contents include: 1. Review and summarize the related research on urban land use at home and abroad, focus on the expansion model of urban land, The models and driving factors of urban land expansion are analyzed. 2. Taking Wuxi urban area as an example, the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of urban land use in three periods are analyzed by using ArcGIS-Erdas remote sensing image technology. The results show that the urban land in Wuxi is expanding year by year, especially after 2000, the rate of expansion is 5.83%. The structural changes of urban land are reflected in the decrease of the proportion of residential land, industrial land, storage land, municipal utility land, public utility land, The proportion of road square land and green land is increasing. 3. In the study of the driving factors of urban land use, 15 indicators, such as economy, population, transportation, science and technology, politics, nature and so on, are selected, and the canonical correlation analysis method is used. Eight indexes with the highest correlation with urban land use change were obtained, and then principal component analysis was used to study the main driving factors of spatial and temporal evolution of urban land use in Wuxi urban area in three periods. To provide reference for the future development planning of urban land in Wuxi.
