基于价值链的我国上市零售企业竞争力测评研究

【摘要】:本文由外资零售商大举进入中国市场,进而导致我国零售企业竞争密度骤增,生存环境恶化,竞争力普遍较低这一系列问题引发思考,认为科学测评我国零售企业竞争力并提出有针对性的竞争力改善措施具有较大意义。 本文结合价值理论的发展成果,从福利经济学和顾客让渡价值角度出发,论证了零售企业竞争力的内涵与形成逻辑。根据企业价值链理论、企业能力理论和资源基础观点,系统性的分析了零售企业的价值创造活动,认为零售企业从产品、服务、人员、形象等多个方面创造了价值。同时,构建了零售企业的价值链模型,基础性活动包括零售采购、零售物流、零售服务、门店运营,辅助性活动包括人力资源管理、信息技术管理、基础设施管理。根据零售企业的价值链模型,构架出一个兼备理论性和操作性的,含有30项指标的零售企业竞争力测评体系。 本文利用突变级数法,以测评指标体系的树形结构为基础,确定各层次的突变系统类型,最后运用归一化公式进行测评排序。结构方程模型的分析结果显示,零售采购活动中的付款优势能力对企业竞争力的贡献作用不大;信息技术能力有利于零售物流效率的提升,对提升零售企业竞争力具有一定作用;人力资源管理成果的改善有利于零售服务水平的提升,对提升企业竞争力具有较大作用;门店运营能力的改善对零售企业竞争力的提升具有关键性作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, foreign retailers entered the Chinese market on a large scale, which led to a series of problems, such as the sharp increase of competition density, the deterioration of survival environment and the general low competitiveness of retail enterprises in our country. It is considered that it is of great significance to scientifically evaluate the competitiveness of Chinese retail enterprises and put forward targeted measures to improve their competitiveness. Based on the development of the theory of value, this paper demonstrates the connotation and formation logic of the competitiveness of retail enterprises from the perspective of welfare economics and customer transfer value. According to the theory of enterprise value chain, the theory of enterprise capability and the viewpoint of resource base, this paper systematically analyzes the value creation activities of retail enterprises, and thinks that retail enterprises create value from products, services, personnel, image and so on. At the same time, the value chain model of retail enterprises is constructed. The basic activities include retail purchasing, retail logistics, retail service, store operation, and auxiliary activities including human resource management, information technology management and infrastructure management. According to the value chain model of retail enterprises, a theoretical and operational evaluation system of competitiveness of retail enterprises with 30 indexes is established. In this paper, the catastrophe series method is used to determine the types of catastrophe systems at different levels based on the tree structure of the evaluation index system. Finally, the evaluation ranking is carried out by using the normalized formula. The results of the structural equation model show that the payment advantage ability in the retail purchasing activities has little effect on the competitiveness of the enterprise. Information technology capability is beneficial to the promotion of retail logistics efficiency and to the promotion of the competitiveness of retail enterprises, the improvement of human resources management results is conducive to the promotion of retail service level, and has a greater role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. The improvement of store operation ability plays a key role in improving the competitiveness of retail enterprises.
