河南HJWY地产集团发展战略研究

【摘要】:地产业作为国家的支柱产业,在高速发展的社会经济中的地位越来越重要。在越来越规范的管理中,战略管理不仅考验着企业管理基层的管理能力,而且也检验者企业决策基层的决策能力。地产企业的市场化发展趋势,动态竞争频率增加,同质化竞争严重,企业的管理能力需要提升,企业的资源、资金配置在一定程度上都需要全面创新。因此,在地产企业实施全方位的战略管理具有划时代的意义。 河南HJWY地产集团地处中原腹地的郑州,在地产界有着一定的知名度和良好的企业形象。该企业在面对激烈的市场竞争同时,一方面注重提升企业的素质,建立健全管理制度,实施企业战略,全面创新管理机制和管理环境,优化管理能力,凸显战略在企业发展中的重要作用;另外一方面,企业通过能力构建,能力优化,能力创新形成了企业的竞争优势,从而强化了发展战略中的竞争力战略。而本身就竞争战略而言,必须要通过竞争优势的转化,才能实现企业竞争战略的全面内化,在这种条件下,企业的整体战略发展也就得到了相应的提升。 该论文主要建立了战略能力模型,对河南HJWY地产集团管理的战略能力优化和局部优势的转化,在充分运用模型分析了战略管理对企业管理可能带来的影响,同时,也充分考虑到了企业战略能力对于企业核心竞争力构建的贡献;本文还通过该集团战略管理实践的模式分析,运用相关理论分析了企业在发展过程中,管理实践中的实际问题,分析了河南HJWY地产集团战略管理突破的具体实现路径,对其进行了战略优化建议。
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of the country, the real estate industry plays an increasingly important role in the high-speed development of social economy. In the more and more standardized management, the strategic management not only tests the management ability of the basic level of enterprise management, but also tests the decision-making ability of the enterprise. The development trend of real estate enterprises is market-oriented, the dynamic competition frequency increases, the homogeneous competition is serious, the management ability of the enterprises needs to be improved, and the resources and funds allocation of the enterprises need to be comprehensively innovated to a certain extent. Therefore, the implementation of all-round strategic management in real estate enterprises has epoch-making significance. Henan HJWY Real Estate Group is located in Zhengzhou, the hinterland of Central Plains. In the face of fierce market competition, on the one hand, the enterprise pays attention to improving the quality of the enterprise, establishing and perfecting the management system, implementing the enterprise strategy, comprehensively innovating the management mechanism and management environment, and optimizing the management ability. Highlight the important role of strategy in the development of enterprises; On the other hand, through the ability construction, the ability optimization, the ability innovation, the enterprise has formed the competitive advantage, thus strengthened the competitive strategy in the development strategy. In terms of competitive strategy, we must transform the competitive advantage to realize the overall internalization of the competitive strategy. Under this condition, the overall strategic development of the enterprise has been promoted accordingly. This paper mainly establishes the strategic ability model, optimizes the strategic ability of Henan HJWY real estate group management and transforms the local advantage, and analyzes the possible influence of strategic management on the enterprise management in the full use of the model, at the same time, It also takes into account the contribution of enterprise strategic capability to the construction of enterprise core competence. This paper also analyzes the practical problems in the management practice of the enterprise in the process of development through the mode analysis of the strategic management practice of the group, and analyzes the specific realization path of the strategic management breakthrough of Henan HJWY real estate group. The suggestion of strategic optimization is given.
