农户参与两权抵押贷款意愿的调查分析——基于江西省910户农村居民家庭样本

【摘要】：本文以江西省78个县(市)910个农户为样本,对农户参与两权抵押贷款的意愿和诉求进行调查分析。结果表明,超六成农户表示有参与意愿,四类人群意愿明显偏高。在有意愿的农户中,农户对贷款方式、利率、额度以及扶持政策等诉求较强。农户参与两权抵押贷款也面临不少制约。总体来看,推动两权抵押贷款业务发展,不能忽视需求端问题,应加快完善保障措施,激发农户借贷意愿,切实满足农户各种层次、不同特点的资金需求。
[Abstract]:Based on 910 farmers in 78 counties (cities) of Jiangxi Province, this paper investigates and analyzes the willingness and demand of farmers to participate in the mortgage loan with two rights. The results show that more than 60% of farmers have the willingness to participate, and the four groups of people have higher willingness to participate. Among the willing farmers, farmers have a strong demand for loan mode, interest rate, quota and support policy. Farmers to participate in the two-right mortgage loans are also faced with many constraints. In general, the demand-side problem can not be ignored to promote the development of two-right mortgage loan business. We should speed up the improvement of the safeguard measures, stimulate the farmers' willingness to borrow, and meet the various levels and different characteristics of the farmers' capital demand.
