基于开放式创新社区的用户需求识别研究——以小米社区为例

【摘要】:为提高市场需求与企业产品创新研发之间的匹配性,提出了一种基于开放式创新社区的用户需求识别方法。该方法通过构建用户需求识别指标,采用线性加权方法计算权重,提取需求关注焦点度,结合改进的关键词提取方法确定用户需求关键词,对需求分布情况进行测度。并以小米社区为例,抓取社区中的用户发帖信息,从需求关键词展示、需求点分布和需求聚类三个方面对开放式创新社区中的用户需求进行识别与分析,针对用户需求的分布情况提出相应的产品研发策略。实证分析结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the matching between market demand and enterprise product innovation research and development, a user demand identification method based on open innovation community is proposed. The linear weighting method is used to calculate the weight, the focus of demand is extracted, and the improved keyword extraction method is used to determine the key words of the user's demand. The distribution of the demand is measured, and the Xiaomi community is taken as an example. Grab the users in the community post information, from the requirements of key words display, demand point distribution and demand clustering to identify and analyze the needs of users in the open innovation community. According to the distribution of user demand, the corresponding product development strategy is put forward, and the results of empirical analysis verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
