【摘要】:煤炭工业是国民经济的重要支柱,更是我国传统基础工业,对我国社会主义经济建设、人民生活水平提高有着重要的推动作用。我国煤炭储备总量大,而其他能源如石油、天然气等较少,使得煤炭在我国能源供应中具有举重若轻的地位。我国的煤炭行业在经历了快速发展的黄金十年之后,从2012年开始逐渐走入低迷,煤炭消费需求开始下降,煤炭及煤化工产品价格逐年降低,煤炭总体产能严重过剩。在这样的社会经济环境下,每个煤炭企业都需要面对如何选择适合自身发展的企业战略以保持健康持续发展的问题。以战略为导向的企业战略管理已成为主流管理方式。一个清晰、论证充分的企业战略是经营管理的指示灯,是获取竞争优势的地图,相反,缺乏有效战略的企业很难到达行业等级的顶峰。陕西省JL煤炭企业是一家以煤炭开采为主营业务的煤炭企业,在陕西省煤炭行业占有一定市场份额,拥有一定的影响力,是一家区域性煤炭企业。本文在阐述国内外研究现状及企业战略管理相关理论的基础上,明确了本文的研究思路和研究方法;从JL煤炭企业的特点出发,运用企业战略的一般理论分析了煤炭企业战略研究的必须性;并从宏观环境、行业环境两个角度分析了JL煤炭企业的外部环境;同时,在分析JL煤炭企业自身的优势、劣势以及外部的机遇与挑战的基础上,研究并制定JL煤炭企业的优化产业结构,实施“规模化”战略、发展以煤为原料的精细化工战略、依托绿色循环经济的融资上市战略、基于政策导向的国际化营销战略以及人才引进和职业生涯规划的人力资源战略;为了保障战略的实施,分别从安全保障、组织保障、人员保障、文化保障、薪酬激励保障等五个方面提出保障措施,以实现JL煤炭企业的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Coal industry is an important pillar of the national economy, but also the traditional basic industry of our country, which plays an important role in the socialist economic construction and the improvement of people's living standard. Other energy sources such as oil, natural gas and other less, so that coal in our energy supply has a light status. China's coal industry has experienced a rapid development of the golden decade. Since 2012, the demand for coal consumption has been declining, the price of coal and coal chemical products has decreased year by year, and the overall coal production capacity has been seriously overcapacity. In such a social and economic environment. Every coal enterprise needs to face the problem of how to choose the enterprise strategy suitable for its own development in order to maintain a healthy and sustainable development. Strategic strategic management has become the mainstream management mode. To demonstrate that adequate enterprise strategy is the indicator of management, is to obtain a map of competitive advantage, on the contrary. JL coal enterprise in Shaanxi province is a coal enterprise with coal mining as its main business, and it has a certain market share in Shaanxi coal industry. It has certain influence and is a regional coal enterprise. Based on the exposition of the domestic and foreign research status and the related theories of enterprise strategic management, this paper clarifies the research ideas and research methods of this paper. Based on the characteristics of JL coal enterprises, the necessity of strategic research of coal enterprises is analyzed with the general theory of enterprise strategy. The external environment of JL coal enterprise is analyzed from the macro environment and industry environment. At the same time, on the basis of analyzing the strengths, weaknesses and external opportunities and challenges of JL coal enterprises, this paper studies and formulates the optimized industrial structure of JL coal enterprises and implements the "large-scale" strategy. Developing fine chemical industry strategy based on coal, financing and listing strategy based on green circular economy, international marketing strategy based on policy guidance and human resource strategy of talent introduction and career planning; In order to ensure the implementation of the strategy, this paper puts forward the safeguard measures from five aspects: safety guarantee, organization guarantee, personnel security, cultural guarantee and salary incentive guarantee, in order to realize the sustainable development of JL coal enterprise.
