创业者社会资本、人力资本及心理资本对其创新绩效的影响研究

【摘要】:随着互联网产业的发展和相关经济政策的颁布,社会上涌现出了各种各样丰富多彩的创业活动,这不但可以大大改善就业局面,促进当地经济的快速发展,而且在一定程度上践行了和谐社会的发展理念,维护了社会的稳定。但是,现实却告诉我们,只有极少数的创业者可以依靠自身综合素质来提升其创新绩效,反之,大多数创业者则因绩效平平,甚至出现入不敷出的现象,导致被市场所淘汰。因此,未来中国在创业的道路上,该如何有效协调创业者与其创新绩效之间的关系,使企业走过初创期,进而获得长远发展,则显得迫在眉睫。本文以中国这一大社会环境作为研究背景,将创业者作为切入点,研究创业者的自身综合素质,包括创业者的社会资本、人力资本及心理资本,探讨其共同作用下对其创新绩效的影响因素。本文首先从理论与现实两个角度阐述了研究目的及意义,在此基础上,通过对互联网产业及经济政策带动创业发展、高创业热情与低创业成功率之间的矛盾、创业者资本在其创新绩效中发挥决定性作用三个方面的研究背景分析之后,对创业者、社会资本、人力资本、心理资本、创新绩效内涵以及各自相关测量维度和两两之间的关系进行了文献梳理,将创业者社会资本划分为三个维度:结构维度、关系维度和认知维度;创业者人力资本划分为两个维度:显性维度和隐性维度;创业者心理资本划分为四个维度:自我效能感维度、希望维度、乐观维度、韧性维度,根据此分类,设计了相关调查问卷,然后在SPSS分析软件的运行下,对回收的有效问卷进行了信度分析、效度分析、因子分析、相关性分析和多元回归性分析;接着,在此分析基础上验证了创业者社会资本、人力资本及心理资本对其创新绩效的影响模型,最后得出了研究结论,并总结了研究不足以及对未来的展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of the Internet industry and the promulgation of related economic policies, a variety of diversified entrepreneurial activities have emerged in the society, which can not only greatly improve the employment situation, but also promote the rapid development of the local economy. But the reality tells us that only a few entrepreneurs can rely on their own comprehensive quality to improve their innovative performance. Most entrepreneurs are eliminated by the market because their performance is mediocre and even their income is beyond their means. Therefore, how to effectively coordinate the relationship between entrepreneurs and their innovative performance on the way of entrepreneurship in China in the future? It is urgent to make the enterprise go through the initial period and then obtain the long-term development. This paper takes the great social environment of China as the research background, regards the entrepreneur as the starting point, studies the entrepreneur's own comprehensive quality, It includes the social capital, human capital and psychological capital of the entrepreneur, and discusses the factors that affect the innovation performance of the entrepreneur. Firstly, this paper expounds the purpose and significance of the research from the two angles of theory and reality, on the basis of which, After analyzing the contradiction between high entrepreneurial enthusiasm and low success rate of entrepreneurship, the background analysis of the three aspects of entrepreneur's capital playing a decisive role in its innovation performance, the author analyzes the relationship between the Internet industry and economic policies, and analyzes the relationship between the entrepreneurial enthusiasm and the success rate of entrepreneurship. Social capital, human capital, psychological capital, the connotation of innovation performance and the relationship between social capital, social capital and social capital are divided into three dimensions: structural dimension. Relationship dimension and cognitive dimension; entrepreneur human capital is divided into two dimensions: dominant dimension and recessive dimension; entrepreneur psychological capital is divided into four dimensions: self-efficacy dimension, hope dimension, optimistic dimension, resilience dimension. According to this classification, the related questionnaires are designed, and then the valid questionnaires are analyzed by reliability analysis, validity analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis under the operation of SPSS analysis software. On the basis of this analysis, this paper verifies the impact model of entrepreneur's social capital, human capital and psychological capital on its innovation performance, finally draws the conclusion of the research, and summarizes the lack of research and prospects for the future.
