LW市农村信用社战略规划研究

【摘要】:LW农村信用社是LW市农村金融体系的中坚力量,在农村金融发展过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。当下,LW农村信用社既面临着农村金融发展的政策性机遇,也面临着行业竞争加剧、风险监管严格的发展趋势。LW农村信用社虽然发展历史悠久,但是存在着经营机制不完善、人力资本缺失和创新能力不足的现状,制约着LW农村信用社的可持续发展。所以,只有通过认真分析LW农村信用社发展的外部环境和内部条件,制定适合LW农村信用社发展的战略机制,实际推进战略升级和转型,才能有效的应对未来的市场竞争,实现LW农村信用社的长久发展。本文首先对战略管理相关理论进行了一定的梳理,介绍了战略管理的要素、流程和常用的战略分析工具。在此基础上以LW农村信用社为具体分析案例,梳理了LW农村信用社发展历史和现状,发现并总结了LW农村信用社当下存在的一系列问题。因此,在概述和研究以前学者研究的基础上,利用相应的战略分析工具,系统的分析了LW农村信用社的内部优势、劣势和外部机遇、威胁。在此基础上研究制定了LW农村信用社的总体战略和竞争战略,并就战略的实施提出了相应的实施策略。战略实施要从两个方面进行,分别是外部制度措施和内部经营措施,提出了完善制度环境、改变政府支持方式、加强外部监管机制建设、完善法人治理结构、优化自身股权结构、创新金融服务手段、加强人才培养,提高队伍素质和转变经营管理机制的实施措施,以保证LW农村信用社解决当下发展遇到的一系列问题和发展战略的有效实施。
[Abstract]:LW Rural Credit Cooperative is the backbone of the rural financial system of LW and plays an irreplaceable role in the development of rural finance. LW rural credit cooperatives have a long history of development, but there are imperfect management mechanism, lack of human capital and insufficient innovation ability. The sustainable development of LW rural credit cooperatives is restricted. Therefore, only through the careful analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of the development of LW rural credit cooperatives, the strategic mechanism suitable for the development of LW rural credit cooperatives should be formulated, and the strategic upgrading and transformation should be promoted in practice. In order to effectively deal with the market competition in the future and realize the long-term development of LW rural credit cooperatives, this paper firstly combed the relevant theories of strategic management, introduced the elements of strategic management, On this basis, taking LW rural credit cooperative as a concrete analysis case, combing the development history and present situation of LW rural credit cooperative, finding and summing up a series of problems existing in LW rural credit cooperative. On the basis of summarizing and studying the previous scholars' research, and using the corresponding strategic analysis tools, this paper systematically analyzes the internal strengths, weaknesses and external opportunities of LW rural credit cooperatives. On this basis, the overall strategy and competition strategy of LW Rural Credit Cooperative are studied and the corresponding implementation strategies are put forward. The implementation of the strategy should be carried out from two aspects. They are external institutional measures and internal management measures respectively. It proposes to improve the institutional environment, change the way of government support, strengthen the construction of external supervision mechanism, perfect the governance structure of legal persons, optimize their own ownership structure, and innovate the means of financial services. In order to ensure the LW rural credit cooperative to solve a series of problems encountered in the present development and the effective implementation of the development strategy, we should strengthen the training of talents, improve the quality of the team and change the implementation measures of the management mechanism.
