南京普兰泰克公司原材料采购策略研究

【摘要】:随着经济的发展,中小企业发挥的作用越来越重要,它们可以提供高中低档的产品和服务、更多的就业岗位,它们使产品更加丰富、社会更加稳定、进一步刺激国家经济的增长。然而由于网络化进一步深入,经济全球化加快和2008年经济危机的爆发,使当前的市场竞争越来越激烈,产品同质化越来越严重,利润越来越小,中小企业因为自身规模不大、采购金额小,所以得不到供应商的重视,导致采购总成本增加、采购难度增大,加上中小企业抗风险能力弱,于是生存越来越艰难。尤其是在产品低利润的电子行业,很多中小企业的原材料采购成本占到了产品成本的60%-80%,采购端的各类问题导致工厂生产经营难以为继。当前市场环境下,大多数中小型电子类生产企业都可能遇到同一难题,即如何解决采购成本的升高和产品利润的降低。作者试图通过运用供应商定位模型、供应商感知模型等工具,整理南京普兰泰克电子有限公司典型产品的材料构成,研究该公司在发展中遇到的采购问题,并分析供应市场变化、突发事件产生等外部因素和该公司整体策略失误、公司各部门之间协同不力等内部因素对该公司采购工作造成的影响,最终根据该公司实际情况,找到一些比较可行的解决问题的方法。但是由于作者个人工作经历和学识有限,仅仅就对电子类生产企业的采购品项、采购方式比较了解,可能有些方法只适合电子行业,不具有普遍意义。
[Abstract]:With economic development, small and medium-sized enterprises play an increasingly important role, they can provide high and low grade products and services, more jobs, they make products more rich, social stability, However, due to the further deepening of the network, the acceleration of economic globalization and the outbreak of the economic crisis in 2008, the current market competition is becoming more and more intense, the product homogenization is becoming more and more serious, and the profits are becoming smaller and smaller. Because small and medium-sized enterprises are small in size and small in purchase amount, they do not get the attention of suppliers. As a result, the total cost of procurement increases, the difficulty of procurement increases, and the ability of small and medium-sized enterprises to resist risks is weak. Especially in the low-profit electronics industry, many small and medium-sized enterprises account for 60 to 80 percent of the cost of raw materials, and all kinds of problems at the purchasing end lead to the unsustainability of the production and operation of the factory. Most small and medium-sized electronic manufacturing enterprises may encounter the same problem, that is, how to solve the problem of increasing purchasing cost and decreasing product profit. The author tries to use vendor positioning model, supplier perception model and other tools. Sorting out the material composition of typical products of Nanjing Plantaike Electronics Co., Ltd., studying the purchasing problems encountered in the development of Nanjing Plantaike Electronics Co., Ltd., and analyzing the external factors such as the change of supply market, the emergence of unexpected events, and the mistakes of the company's overall strategy. The influence of internal factors, such as weak coordination among different departments of the company, on the purchasing work of the company, finally, according to the actual situation of the company, to find some more feasible solutions to the problem, but due to the author's personal work experience and limited knowledge, As far as purchasing items of electronic manufacturing enterprises are concerned, some methods may only be suitable for electronic industry and not of universal significance.
