企业实施探索性与利用性国际化战略的组织冗余限制——基于稀缺性与吸收性的维度划分

【摘要】:国际商务领域的研究仅区分了国际化的探索和利用动机,突出了组织冗余对于国际化的战略意义,但却未剖析组织冗余如何影响探索性国际化、利用性国际化;组织领域关于冗余资源与探索、利用之间关系的研究更是得出了矛盾性的结论。本研究基于资源稀缺性和吸收性将组织冗余划分为四种类型,并实证检验了四种类型组织冗余对探索性国际化、利用性国际化的差异性影响。研究发现,财务冗余(非稀缺、非吸收冗余)对探索性国际化具有正向影响,对利用性国际化具有负向影响;关系冗余(稀缺、非吸收冗余)、运营冗余(非稀缺、吸收冗余)、人力资源冗余(稀缺、吸收冗余)对探索性国际化具有负向影响,对利用性国际化具有正向影响。研究结论弥补了目前国际商务与组织领域的研究缺口,对于国际化企业具有实践启示。
[Abstract]:The research in the field of international business only distinguishes the motive of exploration and utilization of internationalization, highlights the strategic significance of organizational redundancy for internationalization, but does not analyze how organizational redundancy affects exploratory internationalization and utilization internationalization. The research on the relationship between redundant resources and exploration in the organizational field has reached a contradictory conclusion. Based on the scarcity and absorbability of resources, the organizational redundancy is divided into four types. And the empirical test of four types of organizational redundancy on exploratory internationalization, utilization of the differences of internationalization. The study found that financial redundancy (non-scarcity, non-absorption redundancy) has a positive impact on exploratory internationalization. Relational redundancy (scarcity, non-absorption redundancy), operational redundancy (non-scarcity, absorptive redundancy), human resource redundancy (scarcity, absorption redundancy) has a negative impact on exploratory internationalization. The conclusion makes up the research gap in the field of international business and organization and has practical enlightenment for international enterprises.
