中国情境下伦理型领导影响反生产行为的“瀑布模型”:权力距离导向的调节作用

【摘要】:虽然伦理型领导影响员工反生产行为的"瀑布模型"在国外得到证实,但这方面的研究在中国依然比较缺乏。本文对上述"瀑布模型"在中国文化背景下进行了实证检验。研究发现,伦理型领导影响员工反生产行为的"瀑布模型"在中国依然成立。员工权力距离导向对不同层次伦理型领导与反生产行为的关系具有不同的调节作用。对于高权力距离导向员工,高层伦理型领导对其反生产行为的负向影响更为强烈,而直线伦理型领导对低权力距离导向员工反生产行为的负向影响更为明显。
[Abstract]:Although the "waterfall model" of ethical leadership that affects employees' counter-productive behavior has been confirmed abroad, However, there is still a lack of research on this aspect in China. This paper makes an empirical test on the above "waterfall model" in the context of Chinese culture. The "waterfall model" of ethical leadership influencing employees' anti-production behavior is still established in China. The relationship between ethical leadership and anti-production behavior is regulated by the power distance orientation of employees at different levels. Force distance directed to employees, The negative influence of the senior ethical leadership on the anti-production behavior is stronger, while the linear ethical leadership has more negative influence on the anti-production behavior of the employees with low power distance.
