强弱关系、创业学习与农民工返乡创业绩效

【摘要】：农民工返乡创业不仅有利于其收入增长,而且有利于其自我价值的实现,鼓励农民工创业已成为促进"大众创业万众创新"、新型城镇化和经济增长的重要举措。基于社会资本理论和创业学习理论,将创业绩效分为财务绩效和成长绩效两个维度,探讨返乡农民工的强弱关系和创业学习影响其创业绩效的机理。以湖南省258位返乡农民工创业企业为样本的实证分析表明:返乡创业农民工的强关系与财务绩效显著正相关,而弱关系则正向影响成长绩效;强关系和弱关系都与创业学习显著正相关;创业学习不仅直接促进创业绩效,而且在强弱关系与创业绩效之间具有中介作用。应重视返乡创业农民工社会关系网络的构建,促进其强弱关系的双重嵌入,并积极培养和提高其创业学习能力,进而有效提升我国农民工返乡创业绩效。
[Abstract]:The return of migrant workers to start a business is not only conducive to their income growth, but also conducive to the realization of their self-worth, Encouraging migrant workers to start a business has become an important measure to promote "mass entrepreneurship innovation", new urbanization and economic growth. Based on social capital theory and entrepreneurial learning theory, entrepreneurial performance is divided into two dimensions: financial performance and growth performance. This paper discusses the relationship between the strength and the weakness of returning migrant workers and the mechanism of entrepreneurial learning that affects their entrepreneurial performance. The empirical analysis of 258 migrant workers' entrepreneurial enterprises in Hunan Province shows that: the strong relationship between returning migrant workers and financial performance is significantly positive correlation. Weak relationships positively affect growth performance; strong and weak relationships are significantly positively correlated with entrepreneurial learning; Entrepreneurial learning not only directly promotes entrepreneurial performance, Moreover, it plays an intermediary role between strong and weak relationship and entrepreneurial performance. We should pay attention to the construction of social network of migrant workers returning to their hometown, promote the double embedding of strong and weak relationship, and actively cultivate and improve their entrepreneurial learning ability. And then effectively improve the performance of migrant workers returning home to start a business.
