【摘要】:作为第三利润源,采购已经不仅仅是辅助企业生产的后勤保障,更是企业降低成本,扩大利润的突破口,越来越多的企业关注物资采购工作的改进和完善。物资采购贯穿于与企业生产经营中的各个环节,是企业经营中不可缺少的环节之一。采购水平的高低直接影响生产进程和产品质量水平,对企业的整体效益产生直接的影响。在D油田公司物资采购中,进口物资采购的比重超过物资购买金额总和的一半以上,进口物资的管理已经成为物资管理的重中之重。基于此,本文从项目化管理角度对D油田公司进口物资采购模式进行深入探讨。论文以D油田公司进口物资采购管理为对象,运用调查研究法、归纳和演绎法、对比分析法,找出D油田公司进口物资采购管理存在的问题并予以解决。主要从五方面对D油田公司进口物资采购项目化管理进行了研究:首先,介绍了论文的研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状等;其次,阐述了D油田公司进口物资采购项目化管理中应用的相关理论基础,主要包括采购与采购管理、项目化管理相关理论;第三,分析了D油田公司及其进口物资采购的现状,对目前D油田公司进口物资采购管理中存在的问题进行了深入分析;第四,应用项目化管理理论构建了D油田公司进口物资采购项目化管理实施的方案,该方案从项目启动、项目规划、项目实施和项目收尾四个阶段对进口物资采购流程进行了重新配置,解决D油田公司进口物资采购管理存在的问题;最后,从人力资源保障、文化和制度保障、信息平台保障几方面给出了D油田公司进口物资项目化管理实施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:As the third source of profits, procurement is not only a logistical guarantee to assist enterprises in production, but also a breakthrough for enterprises to reduce costs and expand profits. More and more enterprises are paying attention to the improvement and perfection of material procurement, which runs through all aspects of the production and operation of enterprises. The level of procurement directly affects the production process and the level of product quality, and has a direct impact on the overall benefits of the enterprise. The proportion of procurement of imported materials exceeds more than half of the total amount of goods purchased, and the management of imported materials has become a top priority in material management. From the angle of project management, this paper deeply discusses the purchasing mode of imported materials in D Oilfield Company. This paper takes the purchasing management of imported materials in D Oilfield Company as the object, applies the method of investigation and research, induces and deduces the method, and makes a comparative analysis. This paper finds out the problems existing in the purchasing management of imported materials in D Oilfield Company and solves them. The project management of import materials procurement in D Oilfield Company is studied from five aspects: firstly, the research background and significance of this paper are introduced. The domestic and foreign research status quo and so on; secondly, elaborated the D oilfield company import material purchase project management application related theory foundation, mainly includes the purchase and the purchase management, the project management correlation theory; third, This paper analyzes the present situation of D Oilfield Company and its import material purchasing, and analyzes the problems existing in the current D oilfield company's import material purchasing management. Based on the theory of project management, this paper constructs a project management scheme for D oilfield company's import material procurement, which starts and plans the project. The four stages of project implementation and project closure reconfigure the purchasing process of imported materials to solve the problems existing in the purchasing management of imported materials in D Oilfield Company. Finally, from the aspects of human resource security, culture and system guarantee, The information platform guarantee measures are given for D oilfield company to implement the project management of imported materials.
