G公司员工满意度调查研究

【摘要】:在全球经济一体化和知识经济下,企业的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。企业要想在市场竞争中取得竞争优势地位和持续发展,必须要有一支忠诚、高效的员工队伍做支撑。在人力资源成为企业最重要的竞争资源的今天,较高的员工满意度将提高员工的工作效率和留任意愿,增进企业管理和谐,最终有利于企业竞争能力的提高。企业的管理理念也在经历着巨大的变化,以前企业都以顾客为中心和奉行顾客至上,随着以人为本理念的盛行,现在的企业渐渐转变和认识到要以员工为中心。现代企业中进行员工满意度研究具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。本文在研究员工满意度和留任意愿相关文献的基础上,以G公司为研究对象,研究影响员工满意度的个人因素和企业内部因素以及员工的留任意愿与员工满意度之间的关系。通过问卷调查的形式收集G公司员工满意度和留任意愿的数据,并采用SPSS18.0统计软件对样本数据进行描述性分析、因子分析、相关分析和回归分析。研究结果显示,工作满意度对留任意愿有显著的正向影响;工作满意度的几个影响因素包括薪酬满意度、领导与晋升满意度、工作本身满意度对留任意愿有显著的正向影响;并且工作满意度的各个影响因素对留任意愿的影响程度存在差异。最后本文以激励理论为指导,结合研究结论以及G公司员工管理的现状,有针对性地提出相对合理的改善建议,希望能够帮助G公司更好的提高员工满意度和留任意愿,以助于企业实现持续的竞争力和发展。
[Abstract]:In the context of global economic integration and knowledge economy, the competition of enterprises is, in the final analysis, the competition of talents. If enterprises want to gain competitive advantage and sustainable development in the market competition, they must have a loyalty. Today, when human resources become the most important competitive resources of enterprises, higher employee satisfaction will improve the efficiency and willingness of employees to stay, and enhance the harmonious management of enterprises. The management idea of the enterprise is also going through great changes. In the past, the enterprise always takes the customer as the center and adheres to the customer first. With the popularity of the people-oriented concept, Nowadays, enterprises gradually change and realize that we should focus on employees. It is of great theoretical and practical value to study employee satisfaction in modern enterprises. This paper is based on the research of employee satisfaction and retention intention. Take G Company as the research object, This paper studies the personal and internal factors that affect employee satisfaction and the relationship between employee's willingness to stay and employee satisfaction. The data of employee satisfaction and retention intention are collected by questionnaire survey in G Company. The descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis of sample data were carried out with SPSS18.0 statistical software. The results showed that job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on retention intention. Several influencing factors of job satisfaction include salary satisfaction, leadership and promotion satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on retention intention; And the degree of influence of various factors of job satisfaction on the willingness to stay is different. Finally, this paper is guided by incentive theory, combined with the research conclusions and the current situation of employee management in G Company. It is hoped that it can help company G to improve its employee satisfaction and willingness to stay in order to help the company to achieve sustainable competitiveness and development.
