【摘要】:从外部获取互补性资源是制造商提升核心能力并在市场竞争中取得优势的重要途径。供应商作为制造商的外部重要合作伙伴,能提供制造商所需关键的知识和技能等资源,供应商关系管理日益受到学者和企业管理者的关注。制造商与供应商之间的合作是一个动态发展过程,也是双方合作关系不断进行深化的过程。制造商只有深化与供应商的合作关系才能够促进双方战略合作伙伴关系的形成,进而确保制造商能够从供应商处获得所需互补性资源。合作关系深化是衔接制造商与供应商前期关系积累与战略合作伙伴关系形成的重要桥梁,是制造商与供应商在以往合作过程中,随着双方合作质量和关系嵌入水平的提高,而改变双方关系行为和达成合作规范共识的一种状态。理清制造商与供应商合作关系深化的结构维度以及关键影响因素,探析合作关系深化机理成为制造商面临的重要议题。考察制造商与供应商合作关系深化的结构维度,探索合作关系深化的影响因素,并揭示各个影响因素对合作关系深化的作用机理。首先,基于扎根理论的研究方法,用开放式深度访谈和焦点团队访谈收集原始资料,通过开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,明确制造商与供应商合作关系深化的结构维度。在文献梳理的基础上,结合企业实地调研和专家访谈,编制包括20个题项的合作关系深化的初始问卷。通过预测试,确定正式问卷。通过问卷调查获取数据,运用探索性因子分析法提取公共因子,得到包括14个题项的合作关系深化的正式测量量表,通过验证性因子法检验因子结构的稳定性,并对量表的信度和效度进行检验。其次,基于文献研究法和企业访谈,通过预测试,得到合作关系深化影响因素的正式测量量表。采用探索性因子分析法提取公共因子,并检验量表信度和效度。最后,基于文献梳理和理论推导,构建制造商与供应商合作关系深化机理的概念模型,并提出研究假设。通过大样本调查收集数据,运用统计方法,对整体结构模型进行拟合分析,对所提研究假设进行实证检验。研究结果表明:(1)制造商与供应商合作关系深化包含3个维度,即制造商关系行为、供应商关系行为和双方合作关系规范。制造商关系行为包括契约承诺和制造商支持,供应商关系行为包括优先客户地位和关系专用性投资,双方合作关系规范包括规范共识和未来合作意愿。所开发量表具有良好信度和效度。(2)制造商与供应商合作关系深化的影响因素有制造商对供应商认同、供应商互补性能力、供应商合作力度以及制造商对以往合作满意这4个方面。(3)在影响因素对关系嵌入的影响效应中,制造商对供应商认同对关系嵌入有显著正向影响;供应商互补性能力对关系嵌入有正向影响,但不显著;供应商合作力度和制造商对以往合作满意对关系嵌入均有显著正向影响。在影响因素对合作质量的影响效应中,制造商对供应商认同对合作质量有正向影响,但不显著;供应商互补性能力、供应商合作力度与制造商对以往合作满意均对合作质量有显著正向影响。关系嵌入和合作质量对合作关系深化有显著正向影响。研究结论有助于明确制造商与供应商合作关系深化构的结构维度及其影响因素,认识制造商与供应商合作关系深化的深层次原因,推进制造商与供应商合作关系领域的相关研究;研究结论还有助于为制造商有效利用供应商资源、管理供应商关系提供理论借鉴和实践指导。
[Abstract]:From the external obtaining complementary resources is an important way to enhance the core competence of the manufacturer and the advantage in the market competition. As a manufacturer of external important partner suppliers, manufacturers can provide resources required key knowledge and skills, supplier relationship management increasingly by scholars and enterprise managers attention. Between manufacturer and supplier is a dynamic process of development, but also continue to deepen cooperation between the two sides of the process. The manufacturer should deepen the cooperation with the supplier in order to promote the strategic partnership between the two sides of the form, and to ensure that the manufacturer can obtain the required complementary resources from suppliers. Cooperation deepening is an important bridge between manufacturer and supplier of the accumulation of early convergence a strategic partnership with the formation, is the manufacturer and supplier in the past in the process of cooperation, with the double The cooperation quality and raise the level of relational embeddedness, a state change of relations between the two sides reached consensus and cooperation behavior specification. The data collected from large sample surveys, statistical method is used to simulate and analyze the overall structure of the model, the research on false A empirical test. The results show that: (1) the relationship between manufacturers and suppliers to deepen cooperation consists of 3 dimensions, namely the manufacturer relationship behavior, behavior of supplier relationship and cooperation between the two sides. The manufacturer behavior including the specification of contractual commitments and manufacturer support, including customer supplier relationship behavior priority status and relationship specific investment, cooperation between the two sides specification including the standard consensus and future cooperation intention. The relationship between embedding and cooperation quality have a significant positive effect on the cooperation deepened. Conclusions are the factor structure dimension and its effect to clear the cooperation between manufacturers and suppliers of deep structure, understanding the deep-seated reasons to deepen relations between manufacturers and suppliers of cooperation, promote research cooperation of manufacturers and suppliers the relationship between the field; research conclusion also helps for the effective use of manufacturer supplier resources and supplier relationship management.
