基于创业事件理论的角色榜样对女性创业意愿影响机制研究

【摘要】:在当前国家鼓励创业的大环境下,无论是国家还是企业,都希望民众有更多的创业行为以推动国家、社会和企业的发展。目前,女性相较于男性,其创业者数量较少,对于创业更加缺少自信,而角色榜样的存在及其活动能够为女性提升创业信心,进而提升女性的创业意愿。提升女性创业意愿能有效地增加女性的创业行为。因此,从鼓励女性创业的视角看,国家或企业可以通过角色榜样帮助女性提升其创业意愿,进而增加女性的创业行为。本研究在创业事件理论的基础上,从提升女性创业意愿的角度出发,将角色榜样作为自变量,将创业事件理论中提出的感知希求性和感知可行性作为中介变量,将社会性别角色作为调节变量,建立了角色榜样对女性创业意愿影响机制的理论框架。应用本研究的理论框架,提出了一系列假设,包括角色榜样对于女性创业意愿的直接效应,角色榜样对于女性创业意愿影响的内在机制,以及社会性别角色的调节效应。为了验证本研究的假设,本研究采用问卷调查的方法,共搜集了230份有效问卷,利用SPSS20.0软件对搜集的数据进行实证分析。本研究探索了角色榜样的两个方面即角色榜样的广度和角色榜样的活动对于女性创业意愿的影响机制。首先,运用因子分析对角色榜样的活动进行了类型的划分,将角色榜样的活动划分成专业类活动和日常类活动,然后再对本研究的假设进行检验。结果显示,女性所接触的角色榜样的广度越大,女性的创业意愿会更强,角色榜样的专业类活动和日常类活动均会增强女性的创业意愿。角色榜样的广度可以通过增强女性的感知希求性和感知可行性,进而增加女性的创业意愿。角色榜样的专业类活动和日常类活动均会通过增强女性的感知希求性和感知可行性,进而增强女性的创业意愿。当女性具备男性化的社会性别角色特征时,专业类活动正向影响感知希求性的关系增强,日常类活动正向影响女性创业意愿的关系增强。根据本研究的结果,为了提升女性的创业意愿,本研究给出了识别女性潜在创业者,培养角色榜样提升女性创业意愿以及开展创业教育培养创业者素质等几条策略建议。
[Abstract]:In the current state encourages entrepreneurship environment, whether a country or enterprise, hope people have more entrepreneurial activity to promote the country, society and the development of enterprises. At present, fewer women than men, the number of entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs more lack of confidence, and the existence and activities to enhance the female role model business confidence, and promote women's entrepreneurial intention. Women entrepreneurial intention can effectively increase the entrepreneurial behavior of women. Therefore, from the perspective of encourage women entrepreneurs, countries or companies can help women improve their role model and increase the entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial behavior in women. This research is based on the theory of entrepreneurial event and starting from the promotion of women entrepreneurship perspective, will be a role model as independent variables, perceived desirability and perceived entrepreneurial feasibility of the event theories as the intermediary The variables of gender roles as regulation variables, establish the theoretical framework of the influence mechanism of role model for female entrepreneurship intention. Applying the theoretical framework of this study, put forward a series of assumptions, including the role model for the direct effect of female entrepreneurial intention, influencing mechanism of role models for women entrepreneurial intention, and the moderating effect of gender role. In order to verify the hypothesis of this study, this study uses the questionnaire survey method, collected 230 valid questionnaires, empirical analysis on the collected data using SPSS20.0 software. This study explores the influence mechanism of the two aspects of the role model and example role breadth role model activities for women entrepreneurial intention at first, using factor analysis on role models activities were divided, the role model is divided into professional activities and daily activities Class activities, and then to the research hypothesis. The results showed that women are exposed to the role model for the breadth of the greater, female entrepreneurial intention will be stronger, professional activities and daily activities of a role model will enhance women's entrepreneurial intention. Role model can enhance the breadth of perceived desirability and perceived the feasibility of women, and increasing women's entrepreneurial intention. The professional activities of role models and daily class activities will be through enhancing perceived desirability and perceived feasibility of women, thus enhancing women's entrepreneurial intention. When women with gender role characteristics by masculine, enhance the professional relationship activities have positive effect on perceived desirability the relationship between daily activities, enhance positive effect on female entrepreneurship intention. According to the results of this study, in order to promote women's entrepreneurial intention, this study gives the recognition of women Potential entrepreneurs, training role models to improve women's entrepreneurial willingness and developing entrepreneurial education to cultivate the quality of entrepreneurs and other strategic suggestions.
