兵役经历如何激发创业激情:针对以色列国防军服役经历对企业家精神作用的案例研究

[Abstract]:The unique relationship between the Israeli army and the local high-tech industry has long been considered a powerful factor in the flourishing Israeli high-tech industry and entrepreneurial activity, the vocational training brought about by military service, social relations and norms of social behaviour, This paper emphasizes the role of the military as an influential institution in those relationships. It also points out how the "military capital" accumulated during the military service can bring benefits to the veterans' career and stimulate their passion for starting a business. Drive them to start a career. Although research has often stressed that passion is an integral part of entrepreneurship, But there is no workable definition of how entrepreneurial passion is nurtured. The study aims to fill the gap by developing a conceptual model. The model was designed to reveal how the service experience nurtured the entrepreneurial passion of serving soldiers and inspired them to start a career. The study also used the Israel Defense Forces as a model case study. Theory is used to outline how to stimulate entrepreneurial passion among members of military organizations. In addition, leadership theory and identity theory are introduced to create a theoretical background to support the causal relationship between military service and entrepreneurial passion. The study also interviewed three Israeli entrepreneurs who had served in the service. It identifies which key unique elements of the IDF organizational culture help foster entrepreneurial passion. Then, the study uses these key elements to establish a conceptual model to explain how full control institutions foster entrepreneurial passion. How to push veterans to start a career.
